Karvelas Pizza Co. Lagrange

The Hogansville location is AWFUL!! Cockroaches on the tables, no, I didn’t get a picture because I didn’t want to make a scene. We waited over 30 minutes for the first pizza. Nothing was ever said to us until she saw me looking at her and finally decided to come say something. She explained our pizza had torn in half in the oven and it would only take seven minutes to make a new one. We waited another 35 minutes and decided we had to leave after wasting over an hour there. The place was gross. I will NEVER eat here again and NEVER recommend it!!

Pleasant service, great food!

However, until Karvelas represents the city of LaGrange better as an environmental steward with reusable cups, plates, silverware, & tablecloths for dine-in service, I can't give it a higher rating overall. Until such a time, my dine-in experiences with Karvelas will be limited to non-existent.

Response to management:
I understand operational concerns.

However, one star does accurately describe my experience of the anger and sadness which arises when I see so much unnecessary waste generated, showing a lack of respect towards the Earth which sustains us (we do not sustain It) as well as understanding the underlying implications of how that choice in turn affects the lives of us all.

When I see that priority has been given to reconsideration of the operational concerns yielding the choice to generate so much trash from trees on a daily basis, then I'll be able to change my rating so that it accurately reflects an unshadowed sense of appreciation.

Tried the wings at Karvelas Pizza in LaGrange and they were absolutely fire! 🔥 As someone who loves bold and spicy Indian flavors, I was really impressed by the balance of sweetness, heat, and smokiness in the sauce. The wings were juicy, well-cooked, and coated generously. Honestly, they reminded me of our desi-style tandoori wings with an American twist. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys full-flavored, saucy bites. Will be back to try the pizzas next!

The servers are always nice. Will continue to eat here. I know they can't turn the a/c up but whew it was freezing today.

Kacey was awesome with our large party last night! She was very attentive and made sure we all had what we needed and managed the whole table to perfection. She is amazing!

Great pizza!!! Great wings!!! Staff was excellent and it was cooked in a timely manner.

Man I got some fries today and man I’ll never go anywhere else for my potato sticks again! They are so good! Crunchy, yet soft, yet MOIST in the middle omg they so good. They arnt wet wet from grease. Literally I can only think of the song “I luv her” by GloRilla and T-pain but just replace her with karvelas fries. My mom’s goldfish’s owner got a cave man pie and it was sooooo JUICY and yummy he wanted to scream. Me and my pookie also got the pickles that are fried and OMGGG THEY WERE SO GOOD. WE LOVE PICKLES ?!!!
Water is literally so flavorful yet tastes like nothing at the same time???? It’s like I’m drinking a 15$ bottle of water!!! And the sprite, don’t get me started. Crisper then an apple ripe for picking. If you haven’t taken your boo thang to a karvelas for date night then he don’t deserve you. Basically Mr karvelas will u marry me

Everytime I’m in town to visit Great Wolf Lodge, this was my go to pizza place. However, this time the pizza was definitely not up to my expectations. It was burned in top with more dough bubbles than pizza. We ordered take out. Never again.
