I would like to first of all say thank you to Kelly at Domino's Pizza for helping me solve my dilemma and here’s the story…So hubby gave me 40$ amf said I need a 5 pound pizza and a soda and get you a soda and a pizza at Papa Johns Pizza. I used to love papas and so I agreed and I downloaded the app again cuz I knew I had some papa bucks in there from a while back I was gonna use them for a cookie or something.I order the two pizzas and the sodas and when it got to the checkout page the total was 51.99. I had close to 15$ in papa bucks so I went ahead and applied that and a 20% off promo code and it brought it down to 39.37. So I paid it and waited for the pizza.When I received the items I opened them there at the counter, and I was so disappointed , mostly in myself for even paying in advance because there was a countable number of items on this pizza, it was stuffed crust and sauce and cheese and I could see possibly 12 items aside from that it was thin and just didn’t look good at all.I rushed over to dominos and I told Kelly what had happened to me and that I had 20$ to my name could she please make me the right pizza for my husband for that, she agreed.So for 17.99 I had her make him the 5 pound pizza he asked for wanted and asked for.I have added pictures of both pizzas and their respective prices that i paid. I am never going to papa John’s again. Thank you dominos you really make an impressive pizza!I’m glad I could count on you guys for the save! Everything else I need to say is in the picture

I am very disappointed that all the major pizza places, i.e., Papa John’s, Domino’s, and Pizza Hut have gone with this generic call Center. My daughter ordered a pizza and it was nothing hard a medium cheese pizza. When she got to the Papa John’s on Roanoke, they didn’t have the order and it turns out the call center send it to the Papa John’s on comers so she had to sit there and wait for them to fire up and put the cheese pizza in there oven at roanoke. Time wasted just about children at home was trying to get home. Give them something to eat so that they can get to bed on time. When you try to talk to someone in the store, no one wants to take responsibility. No one wants to compensate you for your missed time or anything if they’re very nonchalant like That’s your problem lady not mine. So this will be the last time we order pizza by calling the call center. And also what’s with having a call sitters base in Asia somewhere. The call center has have Asian people answering the phones and we can’t even understand them .

This Papa John's is located in the Sawmill Plaza and is adjoined to the Circle K gas station. I really like this location, the staff are friendly and efficient. They do not deliver, but they use Door Dash. I like that they have a drive thru window. They do have a small area to dine in, but it is mostly for carry out. My most favorite part is their pizza by the slice special. You can get a slice of pizza for $3 (and it is a large size slice) or a combo that is a slice and bread sticks for $6! They also include a small garlic sauce. My husband and I grab a slice there often. It is convenient and you can't beat Papa John's pizza and garlic sauce. I highly recommend this location.

I can't eat pizza from no where but papa John's and we have always had a wonderful experience with Papa John's. All except for when there was not one but two car accidents and knocked off the power to all of LaGrange Georgia on commerce avenue side of town it was offal that day and it was on a Friday to boot people was a little bit up set I do believe that there was one that was at commerce and highway 27which is new Franklin Rd because the Red light wasn't working on count of the power outage.

I love Papa John's Pizza. I am happy to have one on my drive home. I can order with the app before leaving my office and the order will be ready by the time I arrive for pick up. The app makes it easy. And the drive-through is the cherry on top of the sundae. Two thumbs up!
