Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This was our first visit. Drive thru staff was friendly but there was a long wait for any original chicken so I opted for the spicy that was ready. Then informed there was only Breasts and Thighs for my 8pc meal. When I got to the window manager was advising drive thru that there would be a 20 min wait on all chicken. I must've gotten the last. Smh. This is not uncommon with Popeyes but disappointing every time.

Every time we come to this place, it’s always so good. Everyone is nice. The place is always clean. The chicken is always fresh! Came in with my family after church today… so glad we did! Laniyah greeted us with a smile and was so helpful and patient as I ordered our food for the 4 of us! She is a 5 star employee for sure!

No biscuits that came with my meal ..no wings no drumsticks my order was just not right no chicken sandwich 😞

They were within 1 hour of closing and didnt hesitate to turn the grills back on to help us feed the basketball team during our stay at Great Wolf Lodge. The food was fresh and delicious!!! This was the best fast food service I've experienced in a while.

I came into Popeyes to do DoorDash and uber & Courtney and her staff was hustling and moving super fast doing such an amazing job tonight I am very proud of how fast they was working. Great customer support, very friendly I would recommend them to come here very friendly so fast with delivery orders and drive through orders

Ordered boneless wings and received regular wings. In fact, most of the time this Popeyes are out of the boneless. Perhaps management could step up and quit shucking & jiving with the staff...this Popeyes is very disappointing!

I had an amazing experience with the night shift staff, especially (Destiny Kendall)She was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. It’s not easy finding great customer service that late at night, but she really went above and beyond to help me. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers — I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Got off the interstate here. We were not very familiar with menu here. The order taker was polite, professional, and very patient with our questions. We selected a $6 special which included 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, and a biscuit. We also ordered a lage soda each. We bought 2 specials. However, due to the quantity of food, one would have been enough. The food was brought promptly and was steaming hot. The taste of the chicken and sides was excellent. The dining room was clean as were the restrooms.

Ordered through the drive-through, was told it be 15 minutes for wings, I told them that was fine. I would wait. 35 minutes go by and I’m still waiting outside. They forgot about me and my food! never going back!

Tried to get in the restaurant and the doors were locked.

The general manager is very unprofessional. I have seen him act as if he’s not a manager, and done things managers are not supposed to do. I will update my review on my next visit.
