Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food is fantastic, however they have one gigantic issue. They never have drinks. I have gone there several times over the past 3 months and the drink machine has remained without ice, and all but 3 drinks are in working order. In the drive thru and the dining room. It is absolutely ridiculous that they have yet to fix this issue. The workers are your average fast food workers in Lagrange, unprofessional and obviously don’t want to be there. The food is always good. But the drinks are always flat, they never have any ice, and overall are just gross. It’d be one thing if it was once or twice, but it’s been more than that and it’s absolutely ridiculous that this has yet to be solved by any manager of any kind. Lagrange fast food has always sucked but this place in particular is just piss poor. It’s a sad excuse for a fast food restaurant. Go for the food, but don’t expect a beverage.

They always out of something they never give you condiments. I eat at other Popeyes out of town 10 out of 10 but this place doesn’t even give you hot food or warm. Never have honey for the biscuits. They literally out of everything. When you try to order

The food was good. It was hot and fresh and the customer service was a plus. This will most definitely be the Popeyes I frequent when I'm in that part of town.

Chicken place that’s out of chicken , sides , sweets basically there whole menu they told me they can’t serve .

Last time I try to get food at this place. Never, never ask for anything on the menu except bone in chicken. They never have anything else. Chicken is actually good. Fries cold and hard, biscuits cold and hard, customer service cold and hard. I'm sorry if they are too lazy to actually serve any of the food they supposedly have. No wonder they don't have many customers, no matter when you go. Not worth the bother.

Absolutely horrible service. I work in the service industry and I’d be damned if my employees EVER ran a shift the way I just witnessed. Absolutely embarrassing. Store is filthy. Employees talking like they have no home training. Ass end hanging out of shirts like come on this is a joke.

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t want my kids to think it’s okay to act like that especially being in hospitality and ON THE CLOCK IN FRONT OF PEOPLE.

I just left this location and the employee(woman) that was at the window today at 4:55pm was extremely rude and disrespectful. The employer needs to employ better employees. I don’t recommend this location at all.

We have tried multiple times to give this location a try within the last 6 months. Every single time we have gone they are out of chicken! Sometimes they have spicy only but nothing else for chicken choices. Tonight we tried one more time, at the drive thru what sounded like a recording came on asking if we would like a 10 piece family meal for $27.99. When we said no a real person came on and stated that they only had shrimp and sides. We are just puzzled over how a chicken restaurant never had chicken. We could understand if it was every once in a while but not as often as they have said they were. It’s very disappointing because we love their chicken and original chicken sandwich!

My wife and kid love the food, but this particular location always has issues. Missing items/sides, incorrect items, and excessive wait after paying for the order is just a regular thing. I've only ever gotten bad food one time (smelled completely off, didn't eat it). Tonight's review is brought to you by an incorrect side (luckily caught by me during my excessive wait that started in the drive thru, but transitioned into the dining room), missing main (which was caught before I left, but the item they gave me turned out to be the wrong item once I got home and opened the packaging), and missing drinks (which I also corrected before leaving). There seemed to be a full staff working, but everyone kept telling each other they were waiting on someone else, so I'll say lack of teamwork or guidance. The people working are nice people, but the experience is always aggravating at this SPECIFIC Popeyes location.

Every single time I go to this location, they’re always out of something, from their drinks to the side items. Today I asked for a 3 piece with a leg, wing and breast, but I was told “we’re out of wings”. I asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade and was told, “we’re out of ALL lemonades”. Before I could even ask for a side item, I was told, “we are out of biscuits and the only sides we have are mashed potatoes and gravy and Cajun rice”. I was charged full price for a partial meal. I’m not exaggerating when I say they are out of almost everything every time I visit. I’d rather drive 20 mins to the Valley than visit this one. This location has to be under bad management!! I won’t go back again.
