Absolutely horrible service. I work in the service industry and I’d be damned if my employees EVER ran a shift the way I just witnessed. Absolutely embarrassing. Store is filthy. Employees talking like they have no home training. Ass end hanging out of shirts like come on this is a joke.

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t want my kids to think it’s okay to act like that especially being in hospitality and ON THE CLOCK IN FRONT OF PEOPLE.

I just left this location and the employee(woman) that was at the window today at 4:55pm was extremely rude and disrespectful. The employer needs to employ better employees. I don’t recommend this location at all.

We have tried multiple times to give this location a try within the last 6 months. Every single time we have gone they are out of chicken! Sometimes they have spicy only but nothing else for chicken choices. Tonight we tried one more time, at the drive thru what sounded like a recording came on asking if we would like a 10 piece family meal for $27.99. When we said no a real person came on and stated that they only had shrimp and sides. We are just puzzled over how a chicken restaurant never had chicken. We could understand if it was every once in a while but not as often as they have said they were. It’s very disappointing because we love their chicken and original chicken sandwich!

My wife and kid love the food, but this particular location always has issues. Missing items/sides, incorrect items, and excessive wait after paying for the order is just a regular thing. I've only ever gotten bad food one time (smelled completely off, didn't eat it). Tonight's review is brought to you by an incorrect side (luckily caught by me during my excessive wait that started in the drive thru, but transitioned into the dining room), missing main (which was caught before I left, but the item they gave me turned out to be the wrong item once I got home and opened the packaging), and missing drinks (which I also corrected before leaving). There seemed to be a full staff working, but everyone kept telling each other they were waiting on someone else, so I'll say lack of teamwork or guidance. The people working are nice people, but the experience is always aggravating at this SPECIFIC Popeyes location.

Every single time I go to this location, they’re always out of something, from their drinks to the side items. Today I asked for a 3 piece with a leg, wing and breast, but I was told “we’re out of wings”. I asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade and was told, “we’re out of ALL lemonades”. Before I could even ask for a side item, I was told, “we are out of biscuits and the only sides we have are mashed potatoes and gravy and Cajun rice”. I was charged full price for a partial meal. I’m not exaggerating when I say they are out of almost everything every time I visit. I’d rather drive 20 mins to the Valley than visit this one. This location has to be under bad management!! I won’t go back again.

Unprofessional as they come. The lady at the drive-thru was literally yelling through the speaker and rushing our order. They combined orders that should have been separate and forgot side items. After they gave us our order they slammed the window shut. There was only one other car behind us. I've never been to a Popeyes location this horrible.

Service has greatly improved for this location. The atmosphere is still terrible and they could do better with mixing the food and such. They're getting there.

Very bad service, they should be more orderly, and kinder to customers.

Came in this past Sunday 7/7 the at 7:30 pm lady at the counter rude as hell. Talking what you want? Then not helpful at all. Then tells me there is no mac snd cheese or mash potatoes at 7:30 pm and yall not making anymore. I said ok give me red beans and rice and fries. Then had two forms of payment. Two different cards. She say oh we cant do that here. Well done it before but anyway. Then starts packing up my order slanging it in the bag. I asked for hot sauce and honey. We dont have any honey. Get no receipt for my order. Get home the fries are cold old and stale. The chicken tasted horrible like it been sitting under a light fot hours on end. Hands down the worse service ever and food nasty. I would even give one star but had to in order to make this review.
