Ordered through the drive-through, was told it be 15 minutes for wings, I told them that was fine. I would wait. 35 minutes go by and I’m still waiting outside. They forgot about me and my food! never going back!

Tried to get in the restaurant and the doors were locked.

The general manager is very unprofessional. I have seen him act as if he’s not a manager, and done things managers are not supposed to do. I will update my review on my next visit.

I went through the drive through on 8/27/25 around 2pm. I had a great experience with an employee named Natarais, that was the name on the receipt and she was so polite and so professional! She also her great costumer service, we need more people in the restaurant industry like her!!💯💯

I went through the drive-thru one evening and I had the pleasure of meeting Natarais. She was so sweet and she made sure our food was hot and fresh. This location is my favorite!

Another Popeyes that never has some items available. I've been going here for a month, order in the app and they never have the apple pies. The wait times are also long. Normally there are at least 4 cars in parking spaces waiting for food. My last visit it was a 20 minute wait, I actually fell asleep. I don't know if it's bad management unable to order inventory correctly or cheap owners.

I frequently visit this location and have to say the manager Mrs. Anderson at this location has kept the chicken so fresh with no wait. I love the service and freshness since the manager Mrs. Anderson has arrive. Thank you Popeyes on Lafayette Parkway, Lagrange, Ga.
