We showed up at 2:32 they close for a break at 3. They asked us to come back at 4:30 when they reopen. If that’s the case say your closed at 2:30 and not turn down business because you’re too lazy to serve anyone.

This restaurant knows its stuff! Their hibachi with steak and shrimp was delicious and so were the rolls! I also loved the seafood udon! Even though I don’t really like sushi, the other foods were very appetizing. I recommend you go here. I promise it will be something you will crave about!

Sakura used to be our favorite sushi spot. We went today and swear the owners have changed. Food wasn’t nearly as good as it was the past 100 times we’ve been. Noticed changes in rice, bowls, serving style. Super sad?

This place sucked the guy was on the phone watching videos and was so super rude not to mention it took them forever every time I came here, if you’re in a hurry, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Very poor customer service.

The service was terrible. When I ordered a poke bowl, I requested light poke sauce. It ended up being too sweet and salty. The server said she would ask the manager if they could make a new one. After 30 minutes, I still hadn’t received a new bowl, and the server informed me that the manager did not allow it. To make matters worse, they added the tip themselves.

They do not give back the correct change. Ever. Pay attention and you will see for yourself. If you are paying cash, you’re only getting your cash. No change. That’s stealing. They also do not treat their employees with respect, my heart goes out to their servers. I care a lot about how my server is treated. The server accidentally dropped a piece of my sushi on the floor, still was made to pay for the entire meal, and they didn’t have the courtesy to re-make ONE piece. It’s one piece but I paid for that. This was my experience.
