My review is not against the quality of the ice cream it’s strictly on the low quality service I received while attempting to get ice cream. I went to scoops tonight with my daughter. We had dinner on Bull St and decided to walk over to Scoops. While it was late, it was an hour before they were set to close. Yet they were already in the clean up process. There were two employees in the store. Neither bothered to greet us. One was cleaning the excess ice cream from the display and the second literally walked out of the store. My daughter and I stood for a minute or so and the young man never looked up from cleaning. My daughter asked what time did they close and he confirmed 9pm while still never looking up or asking us if we needed service. After receiving no service we walked out the door and the second cashier chose that moment to walk in and literally held the door open for us and told us to have a good night as we walked out the door. I can honestly say that the many times I have been in scoops I have never been refused service or treated like I was invisible. I am not sure if these people were new, untrained, or simply just ready to go home, but they were a poor reflection of the near flawless service my family and I have been accustomed to at Scoops. Very disappointing.

One of the nearest shops I have ever been in! Delicious ice cream, candy and specialty treats. Nostalgic! This shop belongs on Main Street in a Disney park! Something for every one.
