This gotta be the slowest sonic in the entire world. Corporate really needs to step in and figure out why the service here is super slow. I’m speechless as to why it took almost 30 mins at the screen to place an order and then another 30 mins waiting. I’m assuming they are short staffed then I get to the window and they have a full staff working. Longest hour of my life at a fast food place.

Tried to charge for condiments. Yelled at me when I told them that corporate confirmed that there should be NO CHARGE for ANY condiments. I reported the incident with corporate and they will be auditing them soon because they have been reported several times for charging customers for items that are free. Spend your money elsewhere. No customer deserves to be treated like they treated me today.

I came after work Monday night and was greeted with so much hostility. There was an aesthetically displeasing girl who took my payment. After being told “we don’t take Apple Pay” no smile no nothing , I said that’s fine ! And handed my car. No thank yous no your welcomes no smiles no nothing. Put miss girl in the back on the fryer where she belongs!
