We waited for over 20 minutes for 2 hot dogs an fries the fries were ice cold they didnt add the second hot dog we had to order again waited another 10 minutes for that one the guy takin order was rude

Never had an order right at this location ever. Each time I make an order here something is either missing or incorrect. I love sonic and was so happy to see one here but if this is how difficult it is to order a meal and have to keep coming back to get something replaced not to mention the amount of time it takes them to “fix” incorrect orders then it’s not worth it

This gotta be the slowest sonic in the entire world. Corporate really needs to step in and figure out why the service here is super slow. I’m speechless as to why it took almost 30 mins at the screen to place an order and then another 30 mins waiting. I’m assuming they are short staffed then I get to the window and they have a full staff working. Longest hour of my life at a fast food place.

Don’t go here unless you want to waste 30 min of your life. Definitely can’t say this is fast food.
Ordered via the app 25 minutes before arriving and still waited 45 min ahead of all the drive thru orders. The staff was extremely rude. Food wasn't hot.

Tried to charge for condiments. Yelled at me when I told them that corporate confirmed that there should be NO CHARGE for ANY condiments. I reported the incident with corporate and they will be auditing them soon because they have been reported several times for charging customers for items that are free. Spend your money elsewhere. No customer deserves to be treated like they treated me today.
