Stopped by to grab my kid some food and the drive thru worker was so rude she screamed and yelled through the drive thru window that the system was down. Very rude and disrespectful.

Definitely skip the drive thru. Took over 30 mins because our order was left in front of the door - we saw them drop it and leave it there - while the crew and manager were goofing around in view. Tried to get someone's attention to ask if it was ours but was ignored. Many folks had to bail out of the line. Wish we had done the same. You may have better luck with the park & eat spots, though!

I was here at 9:33pm on Friday December 5th the red head guy working made my cookie dough blast. It had no cookie dough in it. if it did it wasn’t much I asked about it and he proceeded to tell me it had plenty in it. I’m not blind. So I can clearly see it had pretty much non in it. Also it was mostly air. It cost $6.50. So I just took the L and left. I can promise you I will never go there again and honestly probably won’t come back to sonic in general. The prices are ridiculous.

If i could leave less stars i would....went to the drive thru...no 9ne else in line...i ordered mozarella sticks....THATS ALL....it mustve taken 20 minutes at the window....way way. way too long....slower than pouring molasses... .if i ordeted an entire meal i probably been there an hour....and if your gonma be so damn slow...you should have to clean..but you could ser in the kitchen and it was like no one could be bothered.....id really avoif this location

I absolutely love cheddar peppers from sonic I went there tonight on 11/11/25 at 11:45 PM and was told that they were closed for the night. The website says they close at 12 AM made me a little angry I was really looking forward to those cheddar peppers but just wanted to let everybody know if you want sonic you better go a little early. They close early.

We waited quite a while for our food, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t what we expected. The fries tasted like old grease, and the chicken sandwiches were awful. The milkshake was a little thick but okay. I will not be back.

30 minute wait with no update. When we pressed the button we were told the last crew had not stocked which was the cause for delay. Tots tasted like old grease.

Honestly, workers deserve better. Been there back to back and the same thing fries was messed up. Second order like the headset goes out, it could be better bc the employees don't seem out of it one but..
Not good service. Went to Sonic on a Friday evening around 9:30pm for some chili cheese tots. Pull up in a spot and push the button to order and after a minute I was told that they are only doing drive thru, which they must have just started because other cars were sitting in spots when I got there. No problem so I go to the drive thru and one car is in front of me. Not sure how long they had already been there but after a five minute wait or longer they pulled off and left. I pull up and sit there a couple minutes and nothing, no one is taking orders, so I drove off. In total I would say about 5-6 cars drove off because Sonic was refusing to take orders. When I drove around to leave the people inside were just walking around and talking as they ignored the drive thru. Terrible service and really disappointing. Next time I want something I will not be going to Sonic and no I will not use your app because that only encourages poor service and makes it worse

I never leave reviews but this location is something else. I park and hit the button on the screen. While waiting they take order for car next to me wait 15 minutes no one In drive through no other vehicles pulling in then finally get someone to answer. Oh, we’re drive-through only now.
So pull up to the drive-through and then you can’t order anything ice cream it’s sonic .., although the vehicle next to me ordered some. And they still take forever to answer.
Hardly any customers there call the store three times and get no answer .
Customer service here just sucks and they’re just really lazy .

It was our first time at sonic. We were excited to try it. We used the pull up station. We waited about minutes to have our order taken. Staff was pushy& in a rush. We didnt even get to finish ordering. We waited about 20 mins to get ONE meal! We watched several cars go through drive thru & get food while we waited. After all that, we got home to discover they left out one of the patties on the burger.

We were so glad to finally have a sonic near us. However our order is always always wrong! Service is less than friendly and wait time is horrible! My tots were so over cooked there was no potato in them. Burgers always come with everything even if you order them without! Please do better!
