I ordered a caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it tasted like nothing but ice I asked for extra caramel line the cup with caramel, I could not taste any caramel. I go here every day, and this was one of the worst experiences very disappointed.

This was my first time at this location but it won’t be my last. I placed a mobile order to pickup before work. They were super pleasant! I was able to see the barista on video at the pickup window and I thought that was so cool! 😂 they even wrote a cute little message on my cup. It was a great experience and I wish I knew the girls name but I don’t. I’ll try to get it next time and update the review. Stop by and see them, it’s worth it.

Always have to wait extremely long in drive through even if there are only a couple cars. The drinks never taste the same or as good as they do in Newnan. We buy 2 of the same drinks and they dont look or taste the same. 🤔 Staff is nice.

I do mobile orders and also order through doordash. every single time my drink is not made right. most of the time it still tastes okay, but sometimes it doesn’t. i always ask to like the cup with caramel and they NEVER do. haven’t a single time!!! and i always ask for whipped cream. out of the maybe 12 times i’ve ordered i’ve only gotten whipped cream twice. my order is not that complicated. i don’t understand. i work at Starbucks so i would know if it’s complicated and annoying. takes 4 seconds to like the cup with caramel bro. and whipped cream??? cmon man why
I don't have too complicated an order, however it is always prefect every time! It is always delivered with a smile and a pleasant note always written on my cup. Best Starbucks ever! Thank you for always making my morning brighter!

The barista I forgot her name.. it was on 08/01/2025! She took my order and let me just tell you… she was amazing very kind and friendly! That’s what made it even better! Not to mention my drink was great as well also really pretty!

I placed a mobile order, and about a minute or two later, I pulled up to the speaker. I was told that it’s better to place mobile orders 3-4 minutes ahead, and to pull back around. Why would I pull back around when there is NOBODY behind me? I did not pull back around because I would’ve been in the exact same spot because the entire time I was in the drive thru, nobody came in the line. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and each order took around 2 minutes each. Would it have made a difference if I would have just pulled up and ordered instead of using my mobile app? Would I have been told to pull back around? That just didn’t make sense. The customer service at this location use to be top tier, but as of recently I’ve had more issues than a few!!! I would tater drive across town to Hill and Dales than to deal with the rudeness and lack of customer service from this location.

I am writing this review specifically because Starbucks was featured in my job’s guest centric training that I attended in 2021! Trisha instantly came to mind!
