I placed a mobile order, and about a minute or two later, I pulled up to the speaker. I was told that it’s better to place mobile orders 3-4 minutes ahead, and to pull back around. Why would I pull back around when there is NOBODY behind me? I did not pull back around because I would’ve been in the exact same spot because the entire time I was in the drive thru, nobody came in the line. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and each order took around 2 minutes each. Would it have made a difference if I would have just pulled up and ordered instead of using my mobile app? Would I have been told to pull back around? That just didn’t make sense. The customer service at this location use to be top tier, but as of recently I’ve had more issues than a few!!! I would tater drive across town to Hill and Dales than to deal with the rudeness and lack of customer service from this location.
Standard go to place when out shopping in any location. Argue about it amongst yourself. We enjoy it along with other coffee shops.

TRISHA MATIAS! I can’t say enough about her! She makes my mornings so special and memorable every visit! I am writing this review specifically because Starbucks was featured in my job’s guest centric training that I attended in 2021! Trisha instantly came to mind! She’s a rockstar and motivates me to be one as well! She is going places, you all are beyond lucky to have her a part of your team! Thanks Trisha!

Drinks just tasted burnt and not like they usually do. The place was not packed but drinks were rushed.
Coming from another state decided to stop by ordered 2 different orders and crystal gayle was very rude and demanding working at the register slow service with more than 2 people in the working space didn’t feel comfortable there at all with the rude service

I recently visited Starbucks and tried the following drinks:
- Strawberry Cream Frappuccino
- Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher
- Caramel Macchiato
- Hot Americano
The drinks were not bad at all; they tasted pretty good overall. However, I was disappointed to find that many of the drinks I originally wanted to order were out of stock, so I had to choose alternatives instead, which was a bit inconvenient.
Additionally, I specifically asked for less ice in my drink, but they ended up filling it with so much ice that it felt excessive. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restroom was quite poor, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
While the drinks were decent, the inventory management, attention to customer requests, and hygiene standards need significant improvement.

I go to this particular Starbucks every day and always have great experiences. This particular day the staff went above and beyond to make me fill special and loved. I got my regular iced coffee but with a very special not attached. It absolutely made my day. Thank you Starbucks for always doing a great job!

Traveling through and stopped at this location at 3:45-4pm. Got stuck in line over 40 mins for a coffee but was pretty desperate for caffeine for my trip. No reason it should have taken that long

I knew it would be a busy morning being red cup day so I ordered ahead and expected to wait a little longer than normal. The girls working were PUMPING out drinks I didn’t have to wait longer than normal and they were BUSY! One of the baristas was dealing with a difficult customer when I went in to pick up my drink but was nice and helpful throughout. I could tell everyone was trying to make it through the rush by their focus. Hope everyone makes it through and has a great day! So happy I got my cup! ❤️
