The Truth Be Known

Overall it’s a really great place to drink your coffee and or eat a treat. I will go back I’m just not gonna take anyone that I need to talk to in private again because it is a little smaller than others I've been in. But the service and the items I got were very good and decent prices. I love this location though. The Staff was friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. The owner reaching out to me was definitely a plus and I appreciate it too. You know I probably have done 200 to 300 of these reviews and if I'm not mistaken this is the first response I have ever gotten from an owner and it really means a lot. Thank you for reaching out to me and I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone I come in to contact with from now on.

I’ve literally been sitting in the drive thru for about 32 mins now, I mean it’s ridiculous how long we have to wait. Luckily imma a coffee addict so I’m going to wait for it but do I want to ? NO. Idk if they are short staff or what but it’s every time with this location somebody ANYBODY … APPLY.. it’s much needed here

I ordered a hot chocolate which is hard to mess up but when I got it it looked like Mr. Hanky was floating in it. And it smelled like manure. Took 45 minutes to make the manure concoction. -1 stars.

The vibes are off. Aren't Starbucks employees usually really cheerful.? ?They didn't greet us..and we waited a few before someone came to take the order. Kinda of a bummer because I brought my daughter there for the first time.

99% of the time. I'm impressed with Starbucks service but this location was a disaster. I hope it was just a one-off situation since I've never been here before. I waited 25 minutes for my drinks and when they came they gave us four cups because they were out of grande and venti lids, So our venti was split into two tall cups and our grande was split into two short cups. Not to mention our cups were only about 2/3 full each. No apologies. No free drink card. Just a long wait and a bunch of cups. Our truck didn't even have enough cup holders so I had to hold one while I tried to drive.

Judging from the lines inside and out, this town needs another coffee shop! The servers were very friendly but couldn't keep up with number of customers. It's clear that they are so busy that there's no time to stock shelves or store deliveries. I overheard a customer mention that they had disabled online ordering, and given their workload I can't blame them. Again, the workers are super nice; they are just overworked.

I used to enjoy Starbucks a lot, however, they have gone downhill a lot over the years. First and foremost, this store has shortened its hours and closes almost 2 hours earlier than previously. This is frustrating as I use to always stop by after work. Secondly, the price has absolutely skyrocketed to get anything here. It’s absolutely insane to pay so much money for a drink that lasts no more than 10 minutes. Starbucks used to be pretty efficient when it came to waiting in line, however, now you can most definitely expect to wait a minimum of 10 minutes in line and for them to get something wrong with your order. Lastly, the employees I have encountered here are very unfriendly and do not give off those good barista vibes that Starbucks always used to have throughout the years. I highly recommend visiting another coffee shop if you have one to visit and taking your business elsewhere.
