Frustrating experience. After a location across town told me that they do not take call in orders, I went to the Roanoke road location to place an order. We were helping a family member move and she wanted to feed everyone helping. I explained to the lady taking my order that I needed 10 ft long subs just meat and cheese and that I’d like a tray with toppings. She informed the other lady working that I was needing 10 sandwiches and that lady told me that I couldn’t order 10 sandwiches that it needed to be a platter order and that 10 ft long subs would be over $100. I asked how much a platter would be and she told me $48. I said great, can I order that and she firmly said “no, we don’t have a manager here so we can’t do that.” There was no one in line behind me and was after the lunch rush. After being told I couldn’t order the platter or 10 ft long sandwiches, I walked out and drove to Jersey Mikes who gladly took the order of 10 sandwiches and collected the money that subway could have made. Way to miss out on a large order!

Nadia (?) was working by herself. The store was immaculate food was very fresh. behind the counter everything was in place and full. No trash anywhere. Bathrooms were very clean. Her appearance was neat, tidy and clean. Just a perfect environment. If I was back in the recruiting business I would hire her for the businesses I represented. Great hire!

I drove 10 minutes and got here 25 minutes before closing time and they are closed. If you're not going to be open you should update your online times or hire people that stay there until closing time.

I just wanted to rave for a minute!I just met Alex at this location and I am absolutely blown away at her customer service skills and friendly atmosphere she created ! I went in looking for a pizza to find out it isn’t served at that location and she made me feel so comfortable and helped me create the most delicious pizza themed sandwich!! I will definitely be back!!Thank you Alex!!!!!

Did an online order, Doordash picked it up, never came to the house!! Called them , they never seen driver return food! So they awesomely made our order over and were so polite.
