So I came in with a coupon for 2 sandwiches and got charged almost 19 dollars, when I could use a coupon to get 3 for that price. Extremely stingy and scammy. Do not recommend.

Nothing has changed in my opinion under the new ownership. Service is still very slow and understaffed for lunch. Just my opinion. I’ll try again in a few months maybe.

I stopped eating at this subway a long time ago. This place literally just opened back up under new management so I decided to try it again since before was horrible as well. But I will never be back, I used to work for subway so I know this isn't enough for a footlong sandwich. I'd hate to see a 6 inch sub. There was no one else in there so it wasn't rushed or during a busy time. My boyfriend wanted the hot honey chicken sandwich, and they didn't even have it but has advertisement on the windows.... I'll just let the picture speak for itself.

Don’t go to this franchise. Online ordering will screw you up. Got there to pick up my order, they don’t have the meat, there are no bottled drinks, no chips, no ice, employee is effectively rendered useless by Subway. Can’t refund me. I can’t cancel the order. This is the 3rd time this has happened here. Benefit of the doubt has now ran out. Stay away. Was told today the phone doesn’t work so he couldn’t contact me. I repeat STAY AWAY. This franchisee doesn’t care about the restaurant, obviously. Lives in Tennessee and probably doesn’t even know what’s going on. It needs to close.

I feel bad for the guy working by himself when the other employees were in the back hanging out with people that don’t work there, but this is just unacceptable. I placed my order online around 1030. At 10:55 It says that my order is ready. I go to the restaurant and they hadn’t even started on my order yet. Not sure why it says it’s ready on the app when they haven’t even started. There’s one guy behind the counter and a couple of employees in the back yelling and making noises with people that don’t work there. So the guy has to make the orders of the people that came in the store before I did so he doesn’t upset them, which makes me wait. Almost 30 minutes for my order that I placed Probably 45 minutes ago.

I went to this location at about 8 pm (they close at 10). The employee told me that they were out of everything, so I left. The customer who walked in behind me was told the same thing. So this business lost 2 sales in a row because the worker, a person of color, was too lazy to make sandwiches. If you are the business owner, you need to hire some white people, quickly.
