They put the incorrect open and close times on Subway.com (it correlates to Google) so that you can't order online and use promo codes/deals. Idk who would want to eat at a Subway without using any promo codes for the sandwiches.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. I placed an order online. When I got to the store to pick up, they did not have my order ready, only to tell me they didn't have the meat for the sandwich I ordered. Any other subway I have ordered from has called me beforehand if there was an issue with my order. I asked the girls there to please refund me, only to be told that they could not and that I had to request the refund online. This was completely FALSE! There is no option to request a refund online and I took the time to read the terms and conditions on the app... I learned that if you have an issue with an order or payment, you have to deal directly with the subway you placed the order with. So, I had to leave there, with no refund after they refused to help. I have been calling to speak with a manager but there is no answer. The phone just rings. This is the WORST service! I suggest just go to another subway or go across the street to Firehouse sub! More expensive but MUCH BETTER service! I guess I will just have to wait until this charge posts to my account and dispute it with the bank. What a headache though!

Well I will say this is first Subway that didn't have a whole of vegetable to choose from. That was disappointing. I didn't feel very welcomed when I walked in. Full menu wasn't on display for some reason. I will say last time I'll visit this one.
Came in to get a quick lunch. No ham. No parmesan. No chips. Drink machine was broken. People were nice. Nobody said a word before I ordered. Manager needs to be schooled.

So this subway wants to keep their phone off the hook, I can't get through to ask a question or find out who the manager is or who owns this subway or the one at Walmart and I know they are affiliated with one another, the subway at Walmart I went in to order and was ignored because the girl was on her cell phone fussing with someone, the guy taking out trash comes in washes hands amd he ignores me and they talking about her conversation and tells her to start respecting her mother, thrm they started fussing infront of me and another couple that walks in, subway doesnt care about their customers and its said that these stores and this company treats their customers the way they do

I ordered DoorDash to my room tonight. I am visiting LaGrange and I do have to say that the sub was the best I have ever had from subway. I live a little east of Rome, Ga. It was juicy, messy and so delicious. Thank you!

This is the second location we went to. First one was cash only so we came to this location which was supposed to be open till 10 only to be met by locked doors and one young employee mouthing "we are closed too bad" ridiculous to be advertising hours of operation if you're not going to go by them. 8:20 pm and advertising to be open till 10. Driving all over town because we wanted subway only to be met with ridiculous adversity every one we come to.
