Girl stated it wasn’t their fault they didn’t have lettuce. Like I used it all or I didn’t order enough and I don’t work there.??‍♀️and let me know this wasn’t the only subway in Lagrange people act like they can’t go to Roanoke rd.

The little boy answered the phone and slammed it down without answering my question. If he is having a bad day he should not take it out on customers. He should have called out or left early. I asked politely. I worked in fast-food, security, retail, and health-care. I know how customers can get. I would never treat them so rude. This generation is awful. Called 12:39. 02/27/2024. I had to pull my self back before I let him ruin my day. He needs to find something he likes to make money and not just work there for money.

Store is not supposed to close til 10 as posted on the sign however this is the 3rd time I’ve came to this location around 0900PM and they have closed the store early. This time they closed at 0915P.M. Let me add that when we pulled up after we discovered they locked the door my wife called them and this black girl that was sitting down answers the phone and says hello and my wife asks “don’t y’all close at 10..?.” And she looks at our car doesn’t say anything then hangs the phone up.

Got thwre over 30 minutes before rhey closed. Took almoat 30 minutes to make 6 subs then proceeses to tell us they closed lobby. Had already cleaned up half the stuff to make the subs. Had turned off the drink machines.. People after use also had issues becauae of sub toppings and supplies already cleaned up.

Friday, July 7th, 2023.Ordered 2 subs on the app. The #20 chicken,bacon, ranch, and the #3 steak, bacon, and cheese.The topping of the sandwiches were on the opposite sandwich they were supposed to be on. Neither sandwich was toasted after asking for both to be double toasted. Sandwich was a mess, bread crushed on one side and sause covered the whole thing with toppings everywhere but on the sandwich itself. There were 3 people working there and yet nothing done right.I don't understand how it's that hard to read, yet they're allowed to work with money on a daily basis.

all three employees welcomed me when I entered the store and were smiling. They didn’t rush me to decide on what I wanted, and were very nice and pleasant and accommodating while I was there the best subway store I’ve ever been in, and I’ve been in quite a few.

Placed a order on the app only to be told when I got there they are out of tuna and the tortilla to make a wrap. There should be some type of notification sent to a customer when a order can't be fulfilled.

The guy that made our sandwich was nice. The cashier looked like she didn't want to be there. She kept staring me up and down and she was on her phone the majority of the time. When the cashier wasn't ringing people up she was sitting down in the lobby on her phone while there were dirty tables everywhere. The store wasn't busy so it didn't make since to me why we couldn't find a clean table. The floor, table and chairs were filthy. There was trash everywhere and the store was fully staffed. We probably won't be back because if the workers are to lazy to clean the store the food probably isn't sanitary either.
