Some of the employees at this store will not even acknowledge the fact that you are there. When you are doing door dash and they look at you as if they were looking straight through you. Would even avoid making eye contact. I lost a couple of orders because they wouldn't acknowledge the fact that I was there

It’s taken 30 minutes to get food for 3 people in a drive thru. No apology or anything said. Person at the window didn’t even say hi. Just gave us waters and food and moved on. Between giving us drinks and the food. She just scrolled social media on her phone.

All 4 young ladies are extremely rude . Came to pick up a mobile order . No one greated me or anything . Yet everyone made eye contact . Manager or shift lead was over talking me . Nobody was at the front cash register . Food just had been sitting upon waiting for proper customer service . COLD NOW . Don’t shop here. Ladies need to be trained on proper customer service

Quesadilla was flat as a pancake and loaded beef nachos barely was there! I had like 8 chips with a teaspoon of meat beans and a lot of sauce!!They threw it together. I was just visiting from another city will not visit this location again when I come back down
