Check your credit card statements from this place folks. I had two charges from one visit and manager said 11/29 that it's been happening a lot so beware folks. Of course, he wouldn't do anything about it, so I have to jump through hoops due to their mistake.

I dined in . When I received my food I noticed it was not hot. I ate one item while I was conducting business . When I finished I politely requested if my food could be warmed for me. I am not able to speak . Very little sould if any .. but the workers first response was " that you been sitting out there letting your food get cold". I tried to let her know it was cold when I got it but I wasn't complaining, just asking for it to be warmed.. I assume she believed I was deaf also because she went 2 feet behind the wall and proceeded to talk about me like I was some crook try to get free food. So I wrote in text that her first response to a customer request should not be attitude.. then it blew from there. Continuing to loud talk me in my words like i am a fckin child in response to the down right disrespect I received for asking to warm my food I had purchased. Will never be back there

Went last night and ordered a couple of things and they were all nearly empty shells. The beefy 5 layer really was the worst. $4 for a taco shell with nothing in it? What a joke. Taco bell is going down fast.

Not friendly at all. Didn’t get all of my items I ordered. The items I did get, half of it was wrong. Didn’t realize until we drove off that they didn’t even ring up some of my order. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to

I went to the Taco Bell on Lafayette Parkway and asked for 2 Beef Burrito Supreme with extra meat and this what I got. I called back and tried to explained the situation, he hung up and didn’t answer anymore.

I ordered a crunchwrap combo. And there was hardly no meat at all in taco or wrap. And then they gave me wrong size order of nacho fries and they was not fresh at all. I will never eat at this location again.

Worst Taco bell in America,Chicken quesadilla, half of it had nothing on it what so ever and was coldFries were half emptySoft taco was cold,Both Chalupa’s were coldChips were put in the bag upside downNo guacamole or avocado salsa.Doritos taco not supreme and had so little on was pretty much a shell.I don’t post bad reviews but they where so bad with customer service I had to call corporate just to get a refund.

The meal I normally order has basically doubled in price. There is hardly anyone working in a visible capacity in the dining room. They expect you to self order at the kiosk, but if you wait a few minutes the (very nice) manager will rotate out of the kitchen and take your order at the register. I miss the smiling cashier and seeing a nice person cleaning the dining room. It felt like eating at an automat. The food was fine, but jeez, it has gotten expensive.
