Went through the drive thru. They got the order wrong as usual. Literally happens every single time. Food will invariably be cold . It is open late though. That's the only reason they have customers

I came through today (08/31/2025 around 4:30pm) and had a pick up order and I placed a second order. My second order was a box. I have food allergies so I was very specific about the changes I made to the box. My pick up order was correct, however in my second order my drink was wrong and one of my food items was also wrong. When I went in to get it fixed it took about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The younger girl at the drive thru was very nice and got my order fixed but my biggest issue was with the people I could see from the front register on their phones, in plain clothes walking around with nothing pulling their hair up but they were obviously around food. Honestly, food being wrong frustrating but ultimately it is what it is because they were busy-But the individuals leaving a younger coworker to handle a busy drive thru line alone while they did nothing is absolutely ridiculous.

The bathroom was disgusting. Don’t seem like the workers check them and clean them. Walked in and there was poop in the toilet and seeming brown stains in the sink. Disgusting and workers don’t seem to care. It was nightshift

I went to this taco Bell 2 days ago. When I walked in the lobby, the workers were sitting in the dining area like they were at home. Very unprofessional. I'm glad I didn't order anything. The floor was also filthy. Definitely won't be going back to that one

Everything was great other than the AC being set on artic. It was so cold we ended up finishing our meal in the car. Everyone in the dining room was talking about how cold it was.

Well as I do love taco bell hard shell tacos with beef, I decided to try the crunch wrap at this location. Well I was very disappointed. First of all it tasted like a lettuce wrap. There was just a smidge of meat in the middle of it first of all. There was no meat on most of it, where there was meat, you couldn't even taste it, it was way to thin. If you want to make customers happy, please put some meat on your crunch wraps. That was nasty and I will never order another crunch wrap again. I do however love your tacos with the beef. Now if y'all choose to put a lot more beef on the supreme wrap then , I might try it again. Other wise take it off of your menu , if you cannot get it right. I do mind paying a little more , if I can taste the taco meat. I didn't even taste the meat on this one, it was so thin and only in certain parts if the crunch wrap and it was so little like I said, you couldn't even tell there was any meat in it. All I tasted was lettuce.

The food is good and the service here compared to the other one is stellar, however the employees at this location seem to never be at the front, and are never really paying attention to you. The restaurant is very cold temperature wise, usually it’s okay if it’s a little bit but it’s super frigid. But it’s leagues better than the other one, bonus points because Elaine doesn’t work at this one

Check your credit card statements from this place folks. I had two charges from one visit and manager said 11/29 that it's been happening a lot so beware folks. Of course, he wouldn't do anything about it, so I have to jump through hoops due to their mistake.

I dined in . When I received my food I noticed it was not hot. I ate one item while I was conducting business . When I finished I politely requested if my food could be warmed for me. I am not able to speak . Very little sould if any .. but the workers first response was " that you been sitting out there letting your food get cold". I tried to let her know it was cold when I got it but I wasn't complaining, just asking for it to be warmed.. I assume she believed I was deaf also because she went 2 feet behind the wall and proceeded to talk about me like I was some crook try to get free food. So I wrote in text that her first response to a customer request should not be attitude.. then it blew from there. Continuing to loud talk me in my words like i am a fckin child in response to the down right disrespect I received for asking to warm my food I had purchased. Will never be back there
