I came to drive thru at 7:50pm on Sunday the yet after sitting for 4 minutes without anyone even speaking through the intercom, I said hello and waited 2 more minutes. Still no response, so I parked and walked inside. There were 4 guests in the dining room and 1 waiting for an order. I asked Tyyanna if the drive thru was closed and she said no, without any other explanation and asked what I wanted. I placed my order and she took the money and proceeded to play on her phone. Then the gentleman behind me in the drive thru came in with the same issue. The food was ready in approx 6-10 minutes and I was on my way again. This was very inconvenient however. My order number was 169 for reference.

Ordered sampler platter with mac and cheese and loaded potato, jalapeño poppers and clam strips. Usually it's good but today not so much. The chicken was burnt. The potato was black on the inside. Who serves potatoes that have gone bad? They were out of ranch, ketchup, and didn't put any sour cream for the potato. I wouldn't have ordered the poppers had I known there was no ranch. Overall, it's pretty awful.

Is it just me, or did their fish and shrimp shrink in size? I did get 2 fish and 5 shrimp. The fish IMO is about half the size.

This is what I get for a meal. This place is a perfect example of bad service. This meal was a chicken and shrimp meal with two extra pieces of chicken. I only got 2 small pieces of chicken and 3 under cooked shrimp. The okra was also under cooked.
