I did DoorDash. I am a BBQ judge in NC. I didn’t get any of the upscale tacos and what not. I came for the meat. I wanted to know if they could get the smoke right. They got it right. Very few do. The locals should be glad to have this talent.

I’m not sure if I accidentally ordered from the 'Mystery Menu,' but my dinner had some serious identity issues. The mac and cheese was so soupy I actually considered using a straw, and the beans didn’t just have pepper in them—they were pepper. I felt like I was doing a TikTok spice challenge I didn't sign up for. To top it off, I paid for a pound of pork, but apparently, the pig went on a diet before it hit the scale. If you're looking for a liquid-only, high-spice, low-protein diet, this is your spot.

The only highlight tonight was the pulled pork, though I suspect the restaurant's scale is broken, because the 'one pound' of pork clocked in at 13.06 oz. Not only that but the baked beans weren’t seasoned with pepper they were assaulted by it. And my husband's Mac and cheese was more like soup! $51 wasted when the only part worth eating was the pork.

I ordered brisket and it came out chopped up and dried out really bad. My brother had the brisket sandwich and the same thing it was chopped up and dry. I thought brisket was sliced and had some fat on it so it wouldn’t be as dry. The baked beans were just out of a can and had some spicy sauce in them.

Have been to oink joint in Newnan before, but the one in Lagrange is absolutely terrible! Went in with my son and ordered ribs and brisket sandwich. The ribs looked like they were cooked last week and had the texture of jerky my son’s brisket sandwich was so dry he choked and only took two bites! For 55$ you would expect good food and good service! Neither were good and is probably the reason it was empty on a Friday night!

We stop here for their Wednesday specials regularly. Loaded tots, baked tater, etc. always good. Prices are competitive esp with the specials. Usually pretty quiet. Not much for atmosphere but more the fault of the layout of the property rather than anything intentional.

The food was horrible the chicken tasted like something diabolical plus it was cold , the mac&cheese had to go back the nachos had stacks of seasoning on top

This was not the best BBQ. The pork was a ton of burnt ends and very tough. Collards were drowned in salt. Brunswick stew is thinner than most and has a strong ketchup flavor with a little heat. Staff was present, not friendly at all. 2 pork plates were $40 including a $6 tip for literally doing nothing. Very disappointed.
