First time here, came for my husband's birthday dinner with friends...had 4 waters, Napoleon and fried calamari appetizer.. Chicken Alfredo, Chicken tortellini carbonara, surf and turf special with lamb pops and grouper, chicken Marsala. Chocolate mousse for dessert. Came on a Saturday at 5pm, made a reservation and I would highly recommend doing that! Small place but comfy, waitress was knowledgeable and nice but brought us our check and never asked if we wanted dessert. We did end up saying we would like 1 chocolate mousse. It was very chocolatey but really thick like frosting, not mousse like at all, wouldn't recommend it if you are a classic mousse fan. Food otherwise was really good! Greens with the surf and turf plate were cold but the plate was really good besides that. Very big portions! The bread brought to the table is good. You also get a salad with your meal or you can get one salad for the table to share with 4 different dressings. The salad is small for 4 people honestly but the amount of food we got in general we probably didn't need anymore lol. Definitely recommend this place!

Menu changes A LOT. We went twice in 3 days and both times were amazing. They are know for their Sunday dishes as they are unique. I wish I lived closer to eat there more often! My lunch dish was the corn chowder with a superb steak sandwich. A +++

I wish I lived closer because this is a phenomenal restaurant. The salad dressing is amazing- I wish I could buy it by the gallon to have at home. Huge portions; all homemade sauces, etc. Chicken was perfectly cooked with a crisp outside and juicy inside.
Although normally the slices of cheesecake are typically big enough to feed 2-3 pple, today I got the colored folks size. I wasn’t with my European Caucasian friends, but next time I will make sure they order for me. Usually the cheesecake slice is almost as big as the container. I would’ve rather it been sold out as it often is…. I purchased two slices and they are both this itty bitty compared to what they have gave me in the past.

LOVE, LOVE this place. From the greeting at the door to homemade tiramisu my chicken marsala was otherworldly .You can tell the homemade bread all the homemade food is made with a lot of love. What a fabulous place to discover.
Very quiet little Italian restaurant tucked between many other stores in Lagrange. Parking may be limited at lunch time but really how hard is it to cross the street. The service was great and the food was delicious. My favorite is the Pappagallo. Check the serving times because they do close at 2pm and then reopen at 5pm on weekdays.

We visited on a Tuesday night without a reservation. I didn’t realize it was a smaller restaurant, so definitely get one before you go. As far as food, you won’t leave hungry; matter of fact, you’ll leave with at least one more big meal in a to go box! Plenty of food and absolutely delicious! I loved the flavor, definitely a 5 out of 5 in this regard. So many unique dishes as well. I had the skilletini and mt wife had the papagalo. I would have never imagined jalepeno would be so amazing in a pasta dish!!!! Without a doubt, we WILL be back!

As far as food, you won’t leave hungry; matter of fact, you’ll leave with at least one more big meal in a to go box! Plenty of food and absolutely delicious! I loved the flavor, definitely a 5 out of 5 in this regard. So many unique dishes as well. I had the skilletini and mt wife had the papagalo. I would have never imagined jalepeno would be so amazing in a pasta dish!!!! Without a doubt, we WILL be back!
