Maddie was super gray. Ale kept the coffee cups full, brought the smile with her A- game, and reminded me that I can always count on the south for ma'ams when conversations happen 😀 Good was on point! Only complaint was having to wait my turn for the bathroom 😆

Stopped by for a to go order on a Monday afternoon, they weren't too busy. Vivian & Lynn helped with the order & were both nice and friendly.
Food -- Steak & cheese Bowl -- also biscuit & Sawmill Gravey -- was good quality, hot, fresh, and surprisingly nice size portions Service -- all the servers were happy & friendly ladies. All dressed up for Christmas Atmosphere -- Waffle Hse isn't a place you go to for atmosphere. However, the place was very clean and decorated for the season.
Kid-friendliness: Yes this place is very kids friendly with kids menus and most kids will like all the energy the place is always full of anytime of the day.
Wheelchair accessibility: Although it is 100% ADA compliant There is very limited ADA table and counter space. Also they can get pretty busy and wheelchairs maybe a challenge
