First time ever at Waffle House… We were a little hesitant, but when one of our party went in to check it out, so he was greeted with so much friendliness, we decided to give it a try. Great decision!!Qua our server was Amazing!! Friendly, patient, fun, and got our orders perfectly right! We have to say, the quality was much better than Cracker Barrel! We will be Waffle House, regulars, if we can find them. But we sure would like to have Qua along with us! Best bacon, biscuits, eggs, great coffee, and the waffle was wonderful! If you want a great Waffle House, go to this location! ?

Today the grill was having problems. We thought about leaving but decided to stay. The 5 employees had to use a very small grill while stepping over the maintenance guy attempting to fix the large grill. They worked tgthr, completing each order as quickly as they could. Laughing and going with the flow. They did a great job and worked tgthr so well. Great job guys! Y'all ROCK!!!

Definitely good breakfast and coffee. Fun service.
Sat at the bar. Took several minutes to order..ton of staff in the place..ordered a cheeseburger plate with sweet tea. 20 minutes passes before I get my drink, with my meal. Burger tasted freezer burned, my cup was empty and not once could I get a refill.Seems they just cater to regulars. If you are from out of town, use Ctacker barrell instead

I had a cheese steak omelet and had them to add sautéed mushrooms and onions. They cooked the omelet, but the steak was added afterwards, so it was just loose meat. I asked for an additional piece of cheese to be melted over the meat, just to hold it all together. After that, it was ok. It must have been a new cook because normally they do a good job with my omelets.

I've always had good service here. However today I was surprised with a new rule from "upper management." My wife and I brought our 2 year old grandson in. When asked how many, I told them we have 2 plus a high chair. There was only 2 top tables available. I asked if we could take one of those with a highchair. I was informed that highchairs are no longer allowed in the asile. I then stated we would hold him. They stated that was not allowed either. I asked what our options were. I was told we would need a 4 top booth and he would have to sit next to one of us. As I said before, I have never had bad service here and I still believe the staff is wonderful. However, if you are not welcoming families with small children, I will not be returning.
