Customer service skills have declined.Cynthia was very rude.I waited 30 minutes for my order which they never got right so I asked a refund.I am disappointed this used to be my favorite Waffle House in this area.
The food was delicious as ordered, and the service was both quick and efficient. While the atmosphere felt slightly off, it wasn't overly noticeable. We enjoyed our experience at this location.

Our waitress was the black woman. She had to serve 4 booths with 2 people in them and 2 people in single chairs. Then she had to help make food, clean dishes, refill drinks, remake coffee. Doing all of this while the other two white female employees sat in the back talking and laughing. She couldn’t even serve us properly because they forced her to do ALL the work. They say racism is over but apparently at the Waffle House at New Franklin Road in LaGrange, Georgia, it’s ALIVE AND WELL. I saw no other reason for why they treated the lady like that and made her do all the work for the hour and 30 minutes my Aunt and I sat to eat there. PLEASE DO BETTER WAFFLE HOUSE!!
