I'm at Waffle House. I always come here in the morning for breakfast, and they've always been super friendly. But one day I came here for dinner, and Mrs. Mia served us. She's very mean and always on her cell phone. The truth is, the night shift is super bad.

This is the worst Waffle House in the entire United States. Disorganized and extremely rude. Place to go order to go pick up for my daughter‘s birthday. Walked in and saw it ready behind the counter. Was almost 10 minutes before someone came over to help me and grab the go order I had already paid for that was already ready. And they weren’t even that busy. When the lady finally did came over, she had a terrible attitude. I got halfway home and knew they’d probably screwed something up so I checked and sure enough no syrupand no butter for an order with four waffles. When I walked back in and told them the lady said put your hands out and just threw it all in my hands turned around and walked off with nothing even an apology. Won’t be coming back to this Waffle House only reason they’re probably able to stay in business is being so close to great Wolf Lodge. What a joke.

I ordered an omelet bacon cheese steak onion peppers. Put sausage and bacon in the omelet had to remake it. Remade it didnt put onions or peppers in there and over cooked it. Didn't try to make it right. Didn't care I was an unsatisfied customer. 3rd time ive came and they just horrible NEVER WILL I GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY.

I have visited many WH over the years but never had the quality of service like today. The greeting, the quality of food, the forward thinking of everything to go order would need was already ready and packed. The welcoming conversation was a pleasant change from today's lack of customer service. This staff should be the gold standard for WH going forward. We will be back through and most definitely revisit this location!

This is by far one of the worst waffle house I’ve ever been to I never in my life experience racism to the point where these people did not want to turn around and take me and my buddy order. This just happened about 10 minutes ago and I heard one of the girls one of the servers she said I’m not gonna serve him look at him. Look at me. What look at me what that is crazy this happened off of Whitesville Road never in my life will I ever go back to that place and I would advise anybody of color do not go there they are racist and it’s crazy. It summit all up. They was laughing like it was a joke. I’m a paying customer. I don’t even know what to say anymore
Matt was our server and he was so polite!! The other employees were also nice and they joked around with each other although it was late hours of the day. They even flipped a coin to see who would get to go home first and it was nothing but giggles after the outcome. Good was hot and tasted great! My kids got the paper waffle house hats as we were leaving!
