Worst place to get any car service work done. Oil change 2 hours. One tire change 3 hours. Never again.

Worst customer service ever been standing in line for 20 minutes just to try on clothes apparently they have lost the key can't find a manager to get it open the way they treat customers is unreal. I just don't understand how people spend money at a store get treated the way they do

Ordered a birthday cake online. Got exactly what I requested right on time. The bakery lady wished my wife a Happy birthday and hoped she enjoyed the cake. Maybe the best cake we've ever eaten.

I ordered groceries. They were scheduled for pick up at 4:00 pm. At 4:00 pm I received a text that they were delayed. Ok. I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally at 8:00 pm I got a text that my groceries were ready for pick up. I got to the store at approximately 8:20 pm. The pick up area was entirely full of cars waiting for their groceries. One person came out one time to load groceries to one car, then there was no more movement from the store. People were leaving, people were going to the door trying to get someone's attention. No response. I attempted to call both the grocery delivery contact number and the main store customer service. No response at either number; the phones were just not being answered. I needed my groceries badly so I waited. Finally at 10:00 pm I went to the door and knocked. The lights were dim and no one was present in the grocery area. I went inside the main store and attempted to find some management to speak to. Finally I was directed to two ladies standing in front of the closed money services area. They were nice and attempted to go to the grocery area and find out what was going on and to find a manager for me to speak to. Finally one came back and stated grocery orders had not been done at all and the manager was talking to them. Later after inquiring about the further delay, it was revealed that the employees had shut the area down and gone. No orders were done and the nameless manager was attempting to remedy the situation but would be up to see me shortly. I was not able to get the manager's name as evidently he or she doesn't have one and/or doesn't talk to customers. I and several other customers waited for quite a while for this non existent manager to appear. A couple of customers stated they just cancelled their order and were getting their groceries manually. Several of us explained that since the money would not be refunded until a minimum of 7 days that we couldn't afford to pay twice to get the groceries. I am on social security and have a strict budget. I had had to pay a major home repair that morning and did not have the budget to pay double for the same groceries. Just too bad was Walmart's attitude. So, no groceries,no manager, no refund and it is 11:00 pm. The store is closing. I asked for the manager's name and how to contact the corporate office. I was told just call the 1-800 number on the web site; otherwise, there was no way to contact anyone. Just tough. It is 8:00 am and no groceries, no manager, nothing. I did finally cancel the order and was told I will receive my refund (per the website) within 7 days. I do not have the money to buy these groceries again. So, I guess I will just have to do without groceries. I should be able to survive just fine on water for a week. This is the worst service ever. If they cannot do the grocery pick up, it should be shut down. It is an ongoing problem with many groceries not available every time and delays almost every time but this was the worst ever! I am attempting to contact someone at the corporate office and get some sort of compensation but so far, no one is answering the phone. Hey, but Merry Christmas! My festive holiday meal will now be ramen noodles. Fun! PS: My daughter went to pick up her grocery order the day before and they gave her entire order to another customer. She was waiting in the parking lot when she received a text stating "Thanks for picking up your order." She had to tell the employees she had not received her groceries. They replaced the groceries at no cost. That was at neighborhood market. Mine experience was at the main Walmart on Franklin Road.

Place sucks. Around 20+ checkout lines, but I haven't seen a cashier work one in over 6 years and that's not an exaggeration. Serious rat problem, employees are trash. No electric scooters that work. Had to search the entire store for 20 mins looking for a scooter so a Vietnam veteran with one leg could shop. Never found one and they had no problem letting him sit at the front of the store instead of helping. Parking lot is full of trash and rotten food, and you can't find any employee at any departments other than crowding at the checkout lines because hanging out with their friends is more important than doing their job. How this place hasn't gotten shut down or gone bankrupt from lawsuits blows my mind. I've seen third world countries in better shape than this place. I kind of understand why the employees act the way they do because I know how horribly they treat their workers. If you feel like you have no other choice but to shop there for whatever reason, your best bet would be to stay home.

Don't order online for pickup in store. Walmart has cancelled 3 out of 4 orders, having to wait days for my refund to post back to my account as well as loosing my promo code. For now I suggest Amazon.

Came here from Columbus, because the Columbus store could not sell shotguns due to a broken register...4 days in a row. This Walmart was awesome. Very helpful young man in sporting goods, as well as his supervisor. Wish it wasn't so far to come here every time and avoid the one in Columbus.

I tried to get in touch with the main or top manager several times; she never replied back and waited in the store for hours, no response, like she did not care to hear my complaint. I think her name was Ravin or something like that.
