I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, I ordered Dave’s double with NO cheese and I got a Dave’s triple WITH cheese. I didn’t realize until I got home, the lady even repeated back my order as she handed me the bag. Y’all are something else, that had to of been on purpose. Whoever got my food is going to be disappointed tho.

I don’t think I have ever had fries so bad!! They were not only cold but they looked horrible and they were dry. Looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day or they need to change the oil in the fryer. Definitely garbage worthy.

The lady that worked the drive thru on 1/27/25 around 11:30ish was rude as hell. Unnecessarily. Obviously she does not need to be interacting with customers in any capacity. She rudely interrupted while my husband was trying to give her the order and also said "anyways" while he was telling her what he wanted. The only reason he ended up there because he doesn't get off work til late. I don't care if this is the last place open in Georgia, we will never be going back to this particular establishment. Imagine having to pay and have someone talk to you crazy because they hate their job. Please do better.

If you decide to go to this Wendy's CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING the amount of times they consistently get orders wrong is just sad. I swear no one who makes the orders reads over a first grade level. It's genuinely a 9/10 chance they will get your order wrong somehow

Ms.Charlene was the sweetest woman there she was so respectful and accommodated me ! Mean while her employee where threatening her with write ups and yelling at other customers they are very unprofessional and need a reality check everybody should be treated equal . Went at 11:30 pm and waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker. When I went to the window to talk to someone they said they were closed even though the sign says open until 1 am.

I had a mobile order. I wanted chocolate chip cookies! I had to get sugar cookies instead. it's 7 o'clock.. please normalize making more chocolate chip cookies. At least make them to order for your mobile orders

Late night 9:00 pm. Looking fir something fast. Ordered single patty burger, order of fries, saucy nuggets and potato. Didn't get the fries which we were charged for and somehow ended up with an order of saucy nuggets abd plain nuggets, charged for everything. Will not be back.
