I had a great breakfast sandwich Saturday morning. I went to get another the next morning and no one would serve me. I guess their listed hours depends on which employees want to work or not.

Drive through service was impolite. Made me feel more like I'm inconveniencing them for ordering a simple frosty. Drive through was very slow and when I pulled up, one of the workers was just on their phone.

Nastiest fast food places I've ever been to! Stood 20 minutes waiting, while w workers sat on their phones. Someone on burger duty finally grabbed the Manager. They served us pure grease in a bag. The soda fountains were horrible dirty, I took pictures. The second french fries came out disgusting, because the oil was so filthy! I felt like I was being served food from a toilet. Threw my food/ ice in the trash.

Placed an order online and only got part of the order. Did not notice the missing items until we got home called and complained. The next day I got a call from the gm assuring me I would have the charge removed and to come in and he would replace the food. Tried to get the replacement food and the person at the window said they were closed and she had no staff. Tried again and the line was wrapped around the building and I was never refunded my money.

Order my meal on the app to make it faster pick for my lunch break. Got there to pick it up. They claim the registrar is down. I told I have pay for my meal in advance on the app. So smart butt girl came on and said we told you our registrar is down. I need to seek my refund on the app. Last time I'll stop at that place.

8/26/24 Two young ladies ignored me when they came to the door and the window to ask about ordering. I drive a big truck, so I can't go to the drive thru. They wouldn't even acknowledge that i was there. I called them and they turned their backs.It was 8 pm. Brown locks

Black female at drive thru window is very rude we were missing spoons and half our order she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes and shut the window after we asked..... I called in to tell them about our service some guy answered the phone and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up the phone on me

First visited on St Patrick's Day weekend and was served a purposely green food-dyed pizza crust. Didn't care for it, but hey, that's marketing. I just didn't care for the taste of the crust, so we tried Karvela's a few weeks later. The green crust was gone, but still wasn't impressed. Probably won't be back for a while, if ever. Sorry. I just didn't care for your product.
