December the 6th about 8:00 p.m. bad service no contact customer service I asked for my receipt cuz I used a credit card and the lady just looked at me and said it's not printing and walked off I've had trouble with this store before and it's employees I'm done with the store

BEWARE OF THE CHILI..... I GOT A SMALL CUP HERE AND THE WHITE BEANS ARE HALF DONE SOME OF THEM WERE HARD AS A ROCK , THE CHILI IS TOO SPICY. MORE LIKE A CUP OF HARD BEANS AND SAUCE WITH VERY LILTTLE MEAT.

This Wendy’s was on Whitesville Rd just outside of Lagrange, GA. The young boy running the register did not understand what a joke was plus I asked for decaf coffee with a breakfast sandwich and was told that coffee was extra. The manager came and said the coffee and drinks were the same price OK. I asked for decaf coffeethey did not have any. Not my favorite Wendy’s for breakfast.

If I could give a zero I would . This place was horrible the lady with short hair is rude and do not know how to take orders. She talks to you with a attitude and walks away from the window without getting your food and you are sitting there she comes back with the wrong order you give it back she comes back a few mins later asking what I need and I say my order she walks off and we sitting there another 10 mins. Let’s not start on how she takes the order she is just rude and it is a wonder why Wendy’s get a horrible review when you hire people who are not a fit . And do not deserve to be in customer service if this is the staff for Wendy’s and what they hire it is a disgrace. And horrible for the company this location was at Lagrange Georgia close to the great wolf lodge . Horrible staff horrible business what a bad name they have gave Wendy’s. To make it worst this is something that I have to encounter on my vacay for my birthday. That’s the only reason I did not let her and the staff have it because I did not need that negative energy on my special day. But in all they are horrible with disgusting attitudes and customer service

8/2/25- Drive-thru around 6pm. The young lady (fair skin, brown hair) taking orders through the drive-thru needs a refresher course on speaking to customers. She was rude. When we pulled up to the window to see who was talking to everyone like that, the manager was working right beside her. He should take the refresher course also. The nuggets were overcooked and my jr. bacon cheeseburger was missing lettuce and a tomato. It makes me uneasy to eat food prepared by people that act like they hate their job and their customers too. McDonald's and Arby's are nearby, try those out before going here.

Fabian is the manager here and I have never encountered someone so rude. The girl at the drive thru was actively trying to hand us our drinks and he told her not to give them to us and told us to pull up. We asked for our drinks and he told her “I want them to pull forward RIGHT NOW” and then cited issues with their drive thru times. The person in front of us sat for several minutes waiting for their food, but we can’t get drinks? Fabian is on a power trip and doesn’t deserve his position.

Rude, disrespectful and lazy! Great for McDonald's next do for sure. At least at McDonald's they know how to treat and act towards paying customers. Wendy's I'm done with you and your terrible staff! Good riddance!

Just horrible service. I think there must have been some drama going in the kitchen because people were intentionally going slow. Not friendly at all. Just a gross experience
