Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Garbage! this location made my family and I wait 1hr for take out. Sitting in the car and watched 2 drive through lines go down. I goes in to ask my husband and daughter what's the hold up. The cook or whomever the lady was in the back preparing the food goes to streaming at me saying it 8 others still in front of us. When I spoke up 10other people was there before us complained. Customers should never wait an hour for their order . Fire the lady with no customer service and all mouth in the back . I got a refund ! Always trying to pull people out of character!

Rude employees

I bought a Grill Chicken sandwich meal . It was Awful !!!! The bread was soggy, the chicken weren’t cooked properly , also the lettuce were thrown in the sandwich side ways ….. this was a waste of my money ..

Don’t get no salad I got salad Yesterday It was no tomato or egg in the salad today I got some salad. It was not enough lettuce in it or meat.

Not sure why this place is rated so low the food was great the place was clean and looked nice the workers were nice but yeah definitely recommend that sandwich with the 3 chicken tenders on it damn thing bangs

Order two Zack snacks, they gave me both of them, got home neither boxes had chicken in them. Went back to get it fixed and had to wait an hour because the manager was too busy with her grandchild playing in the dining room. Would not suggest food was horrible and service is horrible as well.

Last 3 times ive tried to get food from here the drive thru is at a complete freeze. No car movement for the 10-15 mins, probably longer but I just leave at that point.

Food is fine when and if you can ever get it. I would try inside but that is just as slow, order and then wait half an hour.

2 people working, this is the second time I got caught in the drive-thru cant go either way because no help. Food is usually good but dang.

This is the worst Zaxbys in Georgia! It's doesn't even taste like Zaxbys. The service is slow not the normal Zaxbys slow but you gonna sit in line 35 minutes to an 1 hour. The parking lot is dim and they don't turn on the drive thru lights. There's about 15 people working but no one is actually working.
