First time , I had a young lady tell me that Zak sause didn't come with a meal. Then after being charged one price last week ( every day same meal) , I get charge more this week. People have jobs but refuse to learn about what they are doing. Rude people!
The cashier's inside were very rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. I asked for forks to eat with and they acted like it pissed them off to get them. I probably won't return to this particular location for a while. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

This place needs a General Mgr. to take control. Waiting 40 minutes from unfriendly entitled employees that don't know what they are doing or how to run this establishment is unacceptable.

I’m only giving it a two, because the customer service of the young man running the front line was impeccable. Besides that it was awful!
I placed my order and paid on line at 6:10pm.
my order was supposed to be ready at 6:26pm. My order was given to me at 6:50pm,(40 minutes). I had two kids meals and a Zax Snack….unacceptable.
We waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes! 14 of those were waiting for someone to acknowledge us at the speaker. Teenagers only working and doing their best so I understand giving grace. However one of them sat at the window on their phone. We ordered a water with the kids meal and it was tea.

When I entered the building, it was extremely loud, I was greeted by Rylee( very polite) I placed my order at @7:20 I didn’t receive my order until 7:45, it took that long for a Cobb salad.. it was so many employees in the kitchen front and back, standing around, not helping.. the 2 guys on the the table was cleaning up instead of fixing the orders on the screen… very lazy when they don’t make customers a priority! And no it was no one else in the lobby. I know drive through is a priority but we’re spending our money at the end of the day

No ice. No carbonated drinks. Of course they don’t mention that when you’re placing your order. Terrible service. Literally rude to the people paying their salaries. I just don’t understand. Customer are the reason you have a job. When the food is bad and the service is worse, you might as well close the doors.

Went with a group to this restaurant. The times were posted, and the restaurant was supposed to be opened. The drive thru was also working. However, both doors were locked, and we could not enter the restaurant. Furthermore, people were inside eating. I am not sure why this was the case, but nothing was posted. Even if the restaurant was full, it wasn't. There should have been something posted. It gives the appearance of the staff just not wanting to work. Whatever the reason, this was very unprofessional and caused loss of business. Bad all around.

Would give negative stars if an option. Worst experience of my life!! Customer service is absolutely horrific. Will NEVER eat here again. Food was awful as well. Got my son a grilled cheese kids meal and he complained about how salty it was. I tasted it and gagged. DO NASTY AND SALTY!!

I've eaten there several times and I used to work there. It took over 45 minutes to get my food today, which wasn't a problem when the place is short-staffed. However, the general manager refused to help me as I had said something to someone about waiting 45 minutes for my food and she pretty much called me a liar and when I tried to complain about it the GM. Yes, general manager would not do anything. She said she couldn't do anything. Refuse to give me contact information to anyone over her. I would not recommend it whatsoever
