Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Sat at the speaker for 10 mins nobody in front of me they were hauling ice in from the back of a suv ( ok I’ve machine tore up can’t help that ) finally took order it was $45 3 zax snacks and a salad ok no problem they hand me my tea no ice luke warm tea I asked they said low on ice never offered yo put any in my cup no drinks was right so kept having to hand them back very rude all they had to do was push the thing on top of cup lol so rude and when I got home the fries were nasty the chicken was so salty and dry threw it all in trash

This is the only Zaxbys that I have ever disliked. The food was cold when it was given to us and the wings we ordered barely had enough sauce to cover them. I said thank you when the food was handed to me and the employee ignored me and immediately turned around and started complaining to another person about wanting to take their break soon. Worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to.

8/8/25--Decided try this place again. It's 12:01 pm. Dining area closed....again. Something really needs to be done about this location.

waited for my food for 30+ minutes for the employee to be on there phone and eating while i was waiting for a grilled salad and three tenders…

Went through the drive thru a few days ago, was given the wrong order. I ordered a 6 chicken finger plate tossed in buffalo sauce, got 3 fingers tossed in BBQ sauce but was charged over $15. Not even the first bad experience but was the most frustrating.

We ordered the Wings&Things meal and an extra ranch and zax sauce. The register lady rang us up wrong, but we didn’t realize til we got the food 52 minutes later. Checked the receipt, and I went up there. The director was there trying to fix the mess that was causing the restaurant to run slow. I got charged another $6 to match the price. Sure I get where he was coming from, so I agreed. I was disgruntled that I had to wait nearly an hour just to get the wrong food. If i was truly upset, i could demand a refund. The director or manager guy was very nice and forgiving. He wasn’t around so my strips ended up sitting for 12 minutes on a tray. None of the works cared at all for it. Really frustrating and my wife and I will not be returning.

I’m thankful for the director/manager trying his best, but I’m sorry that he has to deal with all of that mess.

It's past 1030. Online and posted signs say you open at 10. Doors are still locked, and no one is responding at the drive-thru. We see people inside but I assume something has went wrong with opening....

Left out half of my order. Very annoying given how high prices have gotten.

My pregnant wife decided to place an order here to have dinner ready for when I got home, goes to pick up the food, is waiting hours due to untrained teenagers clearing orders without filling them, on top of the really unhelpful teenage “manager.” The staff needs a complete rework, whether it’s a complete firing of staff or retraining. On top of 4 teens sitting on their phone without a care in the world. The whole restaurant smelling like straight weed. So either the staff are using or the customer came in and smoked. Will be filing an official complaint higher up than this teenage manager.

I had a horrible experience here I went after my soccer game expecting a great meal after a dub just to be highly disappointed. The worker was very rude; she didn’t give us our full order and was upset when we asked for it. I ordered a grilled cheese and I get no grilled cheese just 12 COLD fries like who wants that. Extra fries were also ordered and weren’t given as well as my mommy’s cookie. food is cold and mid never will I deal with this crap again. Waiting 5-15 minutes for a horrible experience is disappointing and extremely upsetting.
