Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Place has been remodeled. Looks nice. The service is always friendly. I rather take a few extra minutes to commute here than the Zaxbys closer to me. Just better service and quality of food in my opinion.

Went on Halloween night and the service(drive thru) was very quick. It is much better than before the remodel. It used to take a good 10mins from the time you ordered to the time you got your food, but that night we ordered and by the time we got to the window, (2-3mins) the food was ready and it was hot. I was impressed. I will come by more often.

The drive through is TERRIBLE! You can barely pull in with how curvy they got the drive way! You can see where several ppl have hit the curb just trying to go through the curve to tell their order! And they no longer carry diet Dr . Pepper! What?! That’s insane!!

Found red hair in my food after telling them to remake my food because my boneless wings was hard I recommend ya’ll to not go to this Zaxby’s

This remodeled location is beautiful, quick and fast. This one is the Dominant location in town. If you want your food fast and delicious... this is the right location 🙂

I ordered the family bundle, the twenty count chicken tenders, fries and toast at 2.10p.m and I did not receive my food until 2.48p.m i even called and talked to the store manager and her excuse was, I know we're slow in the back.

I used to work at zaxby's and I know how fast they are supposed to go. There's no excuse and she couldn't say.I'm sorry over the phone.The store manager . I think you guys need to go faster and have no excuse why there are so many people waiting over thirteen minutes for their food.I am not coming back here.I don't recommend this place.It's ridiculous.

Whenever I visit food locations like this it's because I'm hungry, not for extremely rude commentary,dirty looks or hostile attitude. An older African American woman with big glasses became angry because she had to retrieve an extra ranch which I was paying for. Her name tag said Sabrina. I will not be visiting this place much after this!!

Everytime I come to zaxbys they always take a long time I asked for ranch and zax sauce THEY DONE FORGOT MY ZAX SAUCE then it was only a chicken sandwich why did it take so long for them to give me the chicken sandwich🤦🏿‍♀️

$18 for chicken strips and you get breading. Drinks are watered down. Employees always seem to have an attitude. Just go to the other one.

I went to Zaxby’s tonight and it was gross. My meal was sloppy . The cook did a horrible job preparing my food. I’m dissatisfied. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Do not recommend at all!!! Terrible service from the time you order your food the lady in the drive thru was extremely rude for no reason and the service is slow and not worth it! Not sure if the other one down the street is better but I would recommend possibly going there instead.

The food and service on Lafayette parkway is horrible the food is never prepared good and is very slow the one on commerce is very fast and the food is much better I will drive to that one which is farther than the other just for the outstanding service.
