Another disappointment. There was a customer in front of me taking long to order and when they were finally done and I’ve been waiting for a long time. The cashier decides to go and do something else while making me wait longer. Just take the next order. Needs new management and franchise owner should be more aware of internal operations or else quality and customers will slow down

They don't pay attention to Uber order I order a sourdough egg and cheese no bacon add turkey sausage and I got the pork and charged extra for sausages.

Music is extremely too loud to be a place to sit and enjoy conversation. Instead, I felt like I was at the club yelling across the room to my friend. The table had crumbs and I asked for it to be cleaned, I got the death stare. Maybe thats why I pay double for Starbucks.
