This location is absolutely awful. I went back after they had made my order incorrectly. My iced matcha was just straight up milk and my hash browns were burnt. I went back and instead of giving me another drink they just “fixed” the one I had. The white lady was all rude. Definitely not going back.

After a negative experience at the Lovejoy location last week, I wanted to give this location a shot. My iced coffee was just how I like it, and I was served by employees who were pleasant and cordial. I will probably visit again to ensure consistency, and if I am met with the same friendliness and quality coffee, this may be the location I frequent most often.

I love the coconut pecan ice cream they have there. I don't know why they don't have more items with coconut in or on them.Parking: There is plenty of parking here.
Customer service, communication, failures to follow instructions on orders, and employee cleanliness issues need to be looked over.Male employee at drive-thru gives off unnecessary attitude.Hair was found in coffee & was reluctant to change item for a new one. New cup was 3/4 ice even though light ice was asked for.Happened on more than one occasion.

I always go through the drive in and I have been a few times. My order has been the same buy I've only had my order correctly prepared once. Yes, 1 time. It's always for breakfast and I am always on my way to work. I have ordered it online through the app and in the actual drive thru. On the 1 correct time I took the time to ask do you all serve the white cheese. I was told yes and on that 1 time my order was right. If I put it in my order as white cheddar I probably would like white cheddar. I don't like to be wasteful so please check the order before you give it to the customers.

White older lady rushed me in the drive thru as I was ordering. I asked her to give me a moment because my passenger had never had Dunkin Donuts before. She still proceeded to ask me 2 more times was I ready with an attitude. Then when I got to the window I was greeted by a young black female with dried slob around her mouth. All I had was 2 sandwiches 2 waters & a hash brown. They asked me to drive up so their time will not be effected. But if you just do your job you wouldn’t have to worry about that. So I pull up.A young black man brings my food out. & asks are you 1305? I’m like how would I know. I never got a receipt. It was a mess needless to say. My passenger was not impressed. They expressed it was their 1st & last time eating Dunkin Donuts. Terrible experience
