The food at this McDonald's is always hot and fresh. Ms.Shelia has a great staff, and they are always friendly when I'm being served.

Extremely disappointing, utterly unacceptable, such a subpar experience, the front register attendant displayed a lack of courtesy, significantly lacking in customer service skills. My order was fulfilled incorrectly. It is astonishing how deficient the customer service was at this establishment. The manager exhibited undue agitation when I requested additional sugar, creamer, and stir for my coffee, it is unreal how loudly and unprofessionally she reacted over extra ingredients for my coffee. Apparently, new management is in place, and too busy socializing while running a busy establishment and it appears the front of the house team requires retraining.

Every time we come to this McDonalds around 5-6 in the morning we see them in there and they act as if they can’t come to the window and take an order it’s irritating as hell if you don’t want to do your job then what are you employed for yall need to be fired there is no reason for you to be this lazy working at a McDonalds and it says yall are open 24 hours make it make sense we literally see you in there fire all of the morning crew and get better people who deserve the money and want to do their job keep saying hello and yall want to ignore people it’s ridiculous

I sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes and no one came to the mic. I kept saying hello and a guy responded we k my taking door dash and u er eats. What’s the point of this being 24 hours if they not going to serve the customers. I will be speaking with a higher authority and the better business because this doesn’t make any sense. The workers don’t want to do their jobs and they will leave you in the drive through and not say nothing until you pull off. A secret shopper should come by and see how this place is operating!!

This is the second time I have I pulled up to this McDonalds. This time at 10:59pm, their hours say 24 hours but the employees were just sitting around eating. I waited at the drive thru, honked my horn at the window. They ignored me. If this establishment is not open 24 hours they need to reflect their specific hours so ppl don’t waste their time. I have never heard of a McDonalds closing at 11pm. What is that about?? It screams LAZY. Hire new management ASAP.
