I ordered food it took over 2 hrs too get originally said 25 to 35 minutes when I placed the order. After waiting over 2 hrs I only got half of what I ordered
If I could give a no stars I would. First they lost my order then when door dash came to pick it up the still couldn't find it which door dash is who they use for delivery. Then the team member with the red dreads tells me she don't have to remake my order and that she also can't give us a refund because we ordered through door dash but we didn't we went through the website for pizza hut. I will not order from them again. Not only that the food is horrible. Bad business pizza hut. FYI the manager did nothing to help neither. I called the number thats on google to call the store about 8 times each time the said they was transferring me no one picked up the phone. As we goes into the facility it had an bad odor. I told them that we waited at home two hours and that my son blood sugar was dropping and they didn't care. They had a bad attitude and basically told me that they couldn't help all because my pizza was never delivered to me. This was the worst experience ever. Reporting them to BBB!!!!!! They remade my son order that they said that they lost in the warmer but found an hour later and gave it to a dasher who never brought the food. It was horrible. All this happened starting at 930pm and ended at 1130pm. Just sad and bad business. We never got reimbursed for the delivery fee even tho we had to come pick up the order.

On everybodys soul this is the worst pizza hut to order from! Do NOT order from here!!! I placed an online order for a family box , also paid for delivery and never received my order. I waited over an hour to see if my pizzas would arrive and nothing so I had to drive to the location and pick up my pizza. When employees were confronted about my situation, They showed no interest and didn’t even offer me any sort of discount/refund for my purchase after i paid for delivery and never had my food delivered. Beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. I was starving and had to do all of this due to lack of unprofessionalism. Shame on yall!!

Went twice in 3 days....the first day was excellent and the food was excellent. The second trip, they were busier and seemed to be adjusting to an increased load. The lady running the front gave great customer service to get everyone's order situated and the food was just as good. I only wish they had crinkle fries. ☺️

Ordered pizza at 7:47 PM pizza was delivered to my home at 10 PM cold and wrong after two hours have passed, I went up to the store to get a refund and was told I could not get a refund that my order have been given to the DoorDash or at 9:20. Keep in mind. The order was placed at 7:47 and on the app said my order would be ready at 8:20 customer service gets a zero for me rude unprofessional no sense of urgency, lack of common sense and customer service

Horrible service ! Literally saw two of the girls point at me and my husband and laugh at the fact that we wanted to come inside to order and then told us they could only do take out so we ordered online and it showed the order had been received and was in the process of being made .. when we got out the car to get the pizza they said they canceled the order because they don’t take orders after 1130 .. over all they are not professional at all and will not return again

Dont know if the store answers or if it's off-site, but the people hired don't speak native English. I couldn't place an order due to being placed on hold repeatedly due to system errors. Being able to go in store may have better results. But not an option i can take currently.
