Horrible staff. If you take more than 5 seconds to answer their question or say what you want, they will hang up on you. They will also constantly rush you and interrupt you on the phone. This location disabled their online orders so the only way to order is via phone which is next to impossible. Absolute worst location I’ve dealt with in all of the US so far.

i will never come back here again. it seems like the employee there discriminates against me. i came first and got in line but when it was my turn she asked the people after me until i spoke up then she got my pizza and now it is 4:10pm on april 1st so the manager doesn't mix it up with others.

I need my money back.. I ordered beef because I can't get pork. Almost $50.00 in food that I can't enjoy. And they refuse to pick up phone over there.( Lake City Pizza Hut)

Quality of the pizza lately has been subpar. Workers don't even acknowledge customers when they walk in. As I was paying for my pizza the last time, I noticed a dead roach just laying on the counter beside my pizza box. It appeased that it had been there a while. That tells me that y'all not even doing basic cleaning like wiping the counter down. My goal is to save money this year instead of eating out, this definitely encouraged me.

Update from good to thief, I just needed a snack ordered cheese stick, that had very very little burnt cheese. But the real problem a day later I received a cashapp alert my purchase was upgraded to $19 what the what the manager said it was a tip and a mistake I'm piss BEWARD

Took forever to get food finally had to go pick it up.. no one answers the phone ... Pizza sauce was bubbly from being bad..a Health instructor needs to pay them a visit
