I ordered my food online, when I got to 5656 lake city, ga location. Employee said she didn’t receive my online order. I gave her my cell number. My order never came through and I placed the order online. I called my card and the money was taken off. The manager at the location Name Ms. Brandy helped me out by contacting her store manager to figure my situation out. Ms. Brandy placed my order for me and my kids. She was not rude at all. I really appreciated her for placing my order. Thank you once again Ms. Brandy🫶🏽

It is always an issue at this Pizza Hut. I ordered my food about 12:30, it said ready by 1:03. Online says ready still had to wait until about 1:40 before I got my food. I only got 1 pizza and some wings. I gave 2 stars because the pizza was good but the wings were literally sitting in oil, then some were undercooked and some overcooked.

The Pizza Hut on Mt Zion allowed door dash to deliver my pizza and the person left it outside on my front porch. Ants got all over and inside my pizza. I asked them to hand it to me. Ms. Brandy at the Lake City Pizza Hut was very professional and handled everything for me in a timely fashion. I appreciate you Ms. Brandy !!! I will be back !
