Manager is great, pleasant, inviting and present! Service is always a little slow, even when you order ahead in advance but I think it's because they're short on staff but the food is always hot, fresh and on point. So, it's worth the little extra wait.

Google shows location is open from 0800 - 11pm Sun - Thurs, and 0800 - 0100 on Fri and Sat.

On Mon 08/11 at 0837 the restaurant is closed. Sat at drive thru for 10+ minutes. No response, drove around and notice an employee - but no communication. If the restaurant can not open (for whatever reason), turn the outside lights off and put up a sign

I got hollow mozzarella sticks they knew they were empty when they gave them to me!

Came here today 07-11-2025 between 4:15pm-4:30pm to order a special menu item . A LARGE LEMONADE COOLER EXTRA ICE CREAM . Something that I order from this establishment at least twice a month only to get home and it’s not at all what I ordered but a white slushy with yellow mix all up against the sides of the cup very unappealing. Doesn’t look like an ounce of cream was added . Okay fine I’ll return to get it remade when I have time in the meantime I put my cup in the freezer and returned later that evening. Explained my incorrect drink over the intercom told to pull forward only to get chastised by the workers on how and why my drink is right . It looks disgusting and like a white slush with yellow clumped up throughout… while I’m trying to explain how I’d like it I’m being told oh well the slushy comes on top then ice cream at the bottom without them ever checking even though that’s still the incorrect way to make it. But i did there was NO ice cream at all. I gave them the cup for them to snicker over and refuse me a remake of my drink. Just a scolding over how my drink should look even though their customizable drinks?? I gave them their product in the large container to get nothing back . I feel robbed and belittled. I wasn’t offered a resolution, refund or a remake of my item . I’d like a contact to corporate to report this as well . And I will be calling daily to report. I have no photos because I returned the product. Won’t be back until I have some type of reimbursement on top of my refund

I ordered delivery through Ubereats. Firstly, if the uber lady didn't realize you didn't give her my whole order I wouldn't have had half my order. She waited forever in that line just to do it twice. So, I get the order and it's made incorrectly. I doubled checked the receipt to make sure I wasn't tripping. Do better!

Seriously need to get new microphones and speakers. When its hot y’all should be able to hear customers clearly over an idling engine - corporate issue not this store. Been tired of this since i was child.

Just takes too long. I can place order in app ahead and still wait 15 minutes for order. Whats point of ordering ahead? And I had to go to the door to get my order because they still never came to my car after 15 minutes. Order was placed at 11:41 supposed to be ready by 11:47 and I got out of my car at 12:02
