I placed an online order and specified white bread and cut footlong in 4 pieces. I didn't get it that way. They told me that they do not read the order notes. I told them that they are full of it and left unsatisfied.

I go there about 3 times a week. Always order either the turkey sub on wheat or the tuna salad. They always taste great.

I placed an order o the app and checked out as a guest. Money was taken from my account but the employee at the store refused to give me the food because I didn't have a receipt number due to having checked out as a guest. I have been trying to call the store for over a week, they either don't answer or answer and then hang up. The customer service app just sent an email saying my issue has been resolved. It has definitely not been, it hasn't even been addressed. Every phone number for subway corporation plays a message and then hangs up. This company is awful and the franchise at this location in Lake City is the worst!

I wish I could leave half a star. This place is ridiculous. If I am paying 8 dollars for a sandwich I should be able to get what I want on it. The server had a nerve to tell me she wasn't opening anything new because the morning shift should have done it. That's crazy, plus she messed up my sandwich because she was in another customer business. When I walked in it was empty except for one other guest and now I know why.

They don’t want blacks n there store they are rude but nice to the whites an Mexican etc but they are in our neighborhood horrible rude the wife an the husband an what happened to the English speaking ppl you had working there for under wages!!!!wont ever come back

I love this particular Subway. The couple that runs it are really friendly.
When I went in the workers act like they didn't want to greet customers at all. I ordered my sandwich which was tuna and regular veggies I kid you not the worker dug through the tomatoes and picked out the smallest ones to put on my sandwich and only gave me 4 of them a little bigger than a quarter. Now mind you I order footlong sandwich they put Hella lettuce and big cucumbers on it. Went to get my fountain drink nothing but water comes out every spicket so I decided to get the tea. Just trash it was so bitter. Never going to that subway again.
This is the worst place to do business the guy in there has a horrible attitude, the service is horrible, stay away from this subway
Foreigners own this subway. Sometimes same faces in from sun up to sun down. Never really give any one else a job.very stingy big stingy real stingy with youre toppings. A lot of foreigners have taken over almost or all the subways in Atlanta/decatur surrounding areas as well. And most don’t take coupons. If they do you can only purchase cold sandwiches. SMH

Cashiers was super rude and rude to other employees as well. I had to ask for more of everything because they literally was pinching everything as if they were on a budget and trying to save money. For a sandwich I’m paying 14$ for I want it to look like the menu. Not like I came in to order just bread

Will not be going back to this location again because they had me waiting 15 minutes and still had not taken my order because they were trying to get DoorDash and online orders ready if you cannot handle all of the orders, you should not be doing DoorDash or online orders and still have customers waiting inside to place an order
Worst Subway ever. The cashier was racist and couldn’t even understand English. I got a combo and it only came with a fountain drink. The ice machine was dirty and kept giving out ice with black stuff. She refused to give me bottle drink instead because “that don’t come with the combo” but I guess dirty black ice does. Place is just disgusting. I set in my car to see if she’d shut it down or something. She did nothing. Glad the people in the store heard me going off cuz I’m sure she’d probably sale it to them.

The worst subway I’ve ordered from. I asked for Italian Herbs & Cheese bread for BOTH of my subs, instead I was given what they wanted me to have. They made one sub on white bread, and the other on wheat. For them to make my sandwiches any way they wanted without asking me is unacceptable. I could have had a wheat allergy, and here they are making one sandwich with wheat. I also asked for Lay’s Chips and Jalapeño Chips, I was give cool ranch Doritos, and no other bag to replace the Lay’s. Then they had the nerve to leave the bag of cookies open along with the entire bag being left opened when someone was delivering my food. ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO MY FOOD ON ITS WAY HERE! I am extremely dissatisfied and if I could give 0 stars I would. I truly hate this subway specifically because the owners are extremely rude, and when they screw your order up, they don’t like to take accountability. Instead they become irate and tell you there’s no other way to solve the issue. DO BETTER! It’s no reason why yall are making people’s orders however yall want without notifying the customer what is available and what isn’t. Never eating here again.
