The music is so loud you cannot hear each other talk. I couldn't hear the waitress very well and I don't think she heard us very well because she got the order wrong. We asked that the music be turned down and she told us it can't be and it would be over with soon. We ordered a deluxe burger and a deluxe chicken sandwich, all we got was 2 burger patties on a bunch and a piece of chicken on a bun, I had to ask for the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles twice in order to get it. Usually this location is great but the last few visits the music is too loud or they are clanging dishes around so loud there is no way to have a conversation.

we got done with our cultural event and went to have waffle house, but unfortunately can’t take to go nor sit there and enjoy our meal. when I requested one of the cashier (as there were two people) she replied me saying that “I have to go ahead and take order of those tables as you can see there r 12 ppl on those tables who just came in” (unfortunately couldn’t get her name since she didn’t had her name tag!) but she couldn’t see that I was waiting from past 15 mins!!!! and her tone was super rude and wht kind of attitude she had i’m not sure about that or maybe she was just racist towards browns, yet I responded her saying “alright no problem, take your time” and kept waiting for someone to take my order, out of three people working only one lady who was cooking knew how long I have been waiting for just to take a togo order for two items a waffle and a chicken cheese hashbrown bowl, but unfortunately no one cared or was interested except for the lady who was cooking. I’m so upset yet disappointed that the only place being know to be open 24 hrs have such a bad customer service, that I had to walk out after a wait of 15-20 mins. very bad service!!!!

Can’t customize your online order. Like chili on the side not on hash browns. Called to request this. They don’t answer the phone you just get a recording saying to order online. Daughter picked up my order because Iam sick. Missing waffle. Had to drive back up here for refund. Manager gave me a waffle and a refund for the waffle. No customers at all. How was the mistake made? I look like crap and embarrassed of how I looked to come in the the store and now customers coming in. Online orders suck.

I had never had a problem in this waffle house but tonight they refuse to serve us saying they were off and they weren't. After we got out an a American couple went in and they served them!. I'm just saying American because we are Hispanic and I'm pretty sure they did not serve us because of the reason. Won't ever come back here.
Love our server, she treated my grandson as a customer and not another annoying kid. Really listened to what we wanted, spent the time to talk with us and made this visit

Stopped in to order two pecan waffles for my mother and my breakfast this morning. Waffles were nice and crispy and we added pecans. Service was fast and friendly. Love everything at Waffle House.Plenty of free parking as well. Right on Anvilblock in Ellenwood.

After sitting at the table for about 10 min and having 3 or 4 people working there before anyone came to take our order and then we asked them if we could take a Halloween decoration down that was scaring our son she refused to do so then we ask for them to turn off the air-conditioner for a few minutes because it was freezing inside and we were told no about that as well when it was very cold outside already and it felt like it was colder inside than out and we ordered a cheeseburger plate on the kids and seniors menu we were told that they no longer offered that when it was still on the menu
