I met a young man named Christian today, he is new and was very nervous. I reassured him that he will get the hang of it and to not beat up on himself. I will make it my business to come and interact with Christian until he is a Waffle House Pro. The food was great as always. Thank you Christian for being so dedicated.

My husband and I went around 9:00 am. I usually don’t eat out but he wanted something quick. And we were in the area. It wasn’t crowded. The food was terrible, the only thing that was hot was the waffle. Toast was stale. Eggs cold. The hash browns taste like rubber and cold. The service was not good. I will not be returning to this location.

When I want Waffle House, I usually go to this location and have taken out of town company there. I don't know what happened today. I was one of only two customers there today. My food was not hot. I asked for another serving of grits and did get them and they also weren't hot. The coffee wasn't hot, my Waffle never came and no one checked on me. Even though the place wasn't busy at around 2:00 in the afternoon. I was very disappointed and will probably go out of my way to find a better location. I actually heard one of the employees say they wanted to be rated better than other WH. Today's customer service will not get you there.

The crew working were friendly, attentive, laid back and relaxed, funny, and engaging. The food was on point.I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns scattered,toast and sweet tea and coffee. The whole atmosphere was like I was surrounded by people I've known forever it was that comfortable. I can't wait to go again this weekend.

I went in around 12 a.m oct. 15 the server was horrible to everyone. Just plum rude talking about if people dont tip they dont need to even sit down and kept getting smart with me as she took my order.
The lady who took the order was very nice but for some reason the cook can’t get it together. I asked for no cheese on my bread open up my sandwich and there’s a fat slice of cheese on my bread. I go back to the restaurant he remakes it. I opened up my sandwich and the bread burnt like did you burn the bread because I brought my sandwich back and said I didn’t want cheese on it after the waiter said it several times. I just won’t eat here anymore. This is the third time this has happened.
