I want to start out by saying the food was good. They had a limited menu due to the recent hurricane. I had no issues with the food. I found the place to be odd. We arrived a hour before closing (we are traveling through Georgia & it was the only place that wasnt closing at 9pm) we pulled into the parking lot questioning if they were open because of how dark the parking lot was. Once we realized they were open, we walked in & we were greeted & seated. They sat us in the back area of the restaurant with no light. There were guests on their patio & the patio was lit. We were the only people in the dining area. I wasnt sure why there was no lighting where we sat. The only lighting we had was from the hallway near the entrance. I got a salad & chicken tenders & they were both great. I went to the bathroom afterwards & noticed the paper towels seemed moldy or dirty, I couldnt tell. The whole place just felt very eerie to me. Id say experience the place for yourself. Food was good, it just had a very strange vibe around 8:30pm.

I, along with all three of my siblings and my dad, got food poisoning from eating at cowboys sidewalk sale Friday night after hurricane Helene. The staff has to been said to have known they were selling rotten food. Please inspect this restaurant when it opens back up ??

Very disappointed in this establishment. Drove in from Atlanta looking for a good sit down meal and we couldn’t even get an employee to acknowledge us much less seat us. Two employees walked right past and didn’t say as much as” the hostess will be with you shortly.” We left and went to Jacks, which I highly recommend.

This place is an absolute disgrace to America. Pays waitresses/bar tenders $0 per hour. They only work off tips yet clean, count money & service the building. I’ve been out of town working. They were out of most food but what they did have (pulled pork/ribs) was horrendous & still freezing cold from fridge. I came back as they only have 3 restaurants here just to drink beer. The bar tender asked if I was hungry. I lied & said had late lunch beer only. After convo I learned of the slave labor & then said I was lying about being hungry I didn’t want to be rude being small town but said I wouldn’t touch any food here ever again. That’s when I found out nobody wasn’t even being paid. I was the only person there. 4 girls working. Said they made $10 all day. This place is lacking ownership involvement & obviously paying for work. To the owner… Pay your people to work hourly & clean your building! All this being said the beer flows just fine. I will go for beer only just to support the staff since the owner won’t.

I ordered corn nuggets, a sweet tea & pulled pork. The pulled pork came out lukewarm & the corn looked old & tired. They reheated the pork, even when warmer it still was not very good. I sent the corn back, there was no helping that.

In summary I paid $30 for a side of fries, 1 bite of pork, 2 slices of bread, a tea and corn nuggets. The manager scoffed & rolled her eyes when the server went to talk to her that I wasn’t happy.
she offered me a whopping $2 off the bill. It wasn’t the server’s fault so I don’t want her in the middle of it & tipped accordingly.

I am currently headed to Chic-Fil-A across the street to finish my meal. I will NEVER be back, hopefully I can save you the same disappointment

I highly enjoyed this place!!!
I was supposed to have Texas de Brazil back home for my birthday diner but we decided to stay in this small town to visit blue springs only to find out they are closed.
I'm so happy we did. Our server Tina was amazing and a cute younger bubbly girl with short curl hair was pleasant as well. I highly recommend this place.

Server was nice, atmosphere was ok. Food was ok at best. Thin unseasoned steak tasted like grill gas and over cooked.

If you like waiting over an hour for ice cold entrees and sides that are warmer than the steaks than this is the place for you.

While this sounded like a great place, I should've known that after they sent 2 different waitresses 10 minutes apart to take our drink orders things would be doomed. Appetizers came out hot and ready, the corn nuggets were amazing. But then after sitting for an hour, still no entrees in sight things take a turn for the worse.

All the steaks that came out were room temp or less, while the sides were hotter than the actual meal itself. Two sides were forgotten while the pulled pork sandwich was actually ice cold in the middle.

After asking to speak to the manager, it took her 5 minutes to make her way from the back, saying she was there when it was plated from sitting in the window. But then couldn't answer how long it had been sitting there.

After leaving saying "she'd take care of it" we still ended up paying over $195 dollars for 7 people, two of those being kids. So please, explain what she actually took care of.

The service from the waitress (the first one) was excellent, and had the food been hot it would've been at least 4 stars from me. But between the ice cold food and the clueless manager a one star is pushing it.

A tip for the manager, I get times are tough and places are stretched thin, but if you're clueless as to what is happening in all sides of your restaurant, maybe a change in career is due. Nobody should have to wait 5 minutes to talk to you for something legitimately wrong.

Hold onto your hats, folks, because the real star of the show at Cowboys wasn't just the food, it was our dynamite waitress, Brittany! This gal brought enough good energy to power a small city. She was fun, spunky, and made us feel like old friends from the moment we sat down. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience, Brittany is the secret ingredient that makes everything better. Seriously, she was so awesome, it felt like we'd known her our whole lives, even though it was our first time there.

Now, onto the food: fantastic, is an understatement. We chowed down on brisket that would make any pitmaster proud, sweet potatoes that were a sweet slice of heaven, potato skins so crispy they could crunch your troubles away, and green beans that actually made veggies exciting.

So, in summary, Cowboys is a hit! But the pro tip of the day? ASK FOR BRITTANY, she'll turn a good meal into an unforgettable night. Highly recommended!
