We had the sirloin steak with shrimp meal, with mashed potatoes and cinnamon apple. The steak was meh but the shrimp was good. The mashed potatoes weren't up to CBs standard but still good. The cinnamon apples were very good. We had to send the biscuits back for me ones. They were hard around the edges, which is usually not the case with their biscuits.

The service was good, as usual. The atmosphere was like every other CB we've frequented.

Stopped by for lunch. Food did not taste good at all. Won't be back to eat. Fireplace idea was nice but had an odor from the smoke. The restaurant was a little warm from the fire but the merchandise area was freezing. It felt like no heat was in there. My wife was too cold to shop. The staff was nice and cordial in the shopping area showing us items before we left.

We stopped here after a very long day of travel, we showed up kind of close to closing, which we felt bad, but the employees ensured that it was okay! Bri took very good care of us! She made great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed! We really enjoyed our experience

Food and service were so so. Had to ask the hostess for many items bc our waitress was so busy. In the store there was a 40% off squishmallows but they wouldn't honor it bc she said the sign wasn't supposed to be there, but it was and she acknowledged it was. I told her I was not happy and she said do you want me to get a manager and I said no bc the line behind me was getting really long.

Honestly I'm eating here quite a bit The food is hit or miss some meals are good honestly some taste like unfortunately elementary school cafeteria food sometimes the temperature is not warm enough when the food comes out the service is fine sometimes they're really sweet sometimes they have attitudes but that's just par for the course we love the cracker barrel store as most people do The only negative thing I have to say about that is when we were there last night actually we purchased something we wanted to purchase something that was marked for 40% down when we got up to the register they wouldn't honor it so we were a little disturbed by that practice but whatever overall I would rate this particular cracker barrels food at a 4 out of 10. And just to reiterate again I do like the atmosphere because cracker barrel's just a cool store all around.

The service at this place was below standard. I felt sorry for the waitress, as she was clearly trying her best, but the food overall was terrible. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. 😩😩

The foods was awful.. I ordered my favorite chicken and dumplings. I noticed they looked different, cut in squares..they were over salted and season and heavy .. my husband also tasted and agreed. I asked for something different and ordered chicken strip. The chicken stripes were greasy and also over salted, and I received 10 French fries with order. The biscuit were hard as rocks. My husband ordered fried chicken... it looked and tasted like it was previously cooked and re-fried to warm up. Very disappointed

Had a very pleasant sever and food was great.
