Ok so 01/04/2026 at around 1am I ordered though the mobile app. I decided to cancel my order after the terrible encounter with the MANAGER. She told me she wouldn't give me my money back and said I had to cancel the order though the app. So then I asked if she could show me how as it's not possible on the mobile app. She responded I have no idea how to do that once again as it's not possible. So I left there empty handed no money and no food. Thanks Macdonalds š UPDATE look at the photo I added owner thats what your link gave me thanks again lol

Ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese, or pickles, Received it without both items but had a piece of plastic stuck to the top of the burger. When shown to the manager, she stated that it was a separation sheet and that the cook was in training. She apologized and recooked a ne burger along with fries and apple pie for the inconvenience.

1.3.25 Worst McDonalds experience ever, they missed the mark. Took over an hour to get food that we ordered off the app. Could not use rewards or points at this Resturaunt. Staff were rude, denied our request for refund after we had been there 50 plus minutes. They prioritized door dash and drive thru over our order. When we did receive our food it was wrong. Iād go the 5 miles north or a little farther south and try another restaurant.

Food was good... when it got to us. It was 3pm and the restaurant wasn't very busy. We waited forever for our food. There were only 2 other families waiting in the restaurant and they complained about their wait time too. We could have gone to a sit-down restaurant instead for a faster food service. When we left there was a long line of cars in the drive thru. (And they got the order wrong.) Understaffed? Kitchen malfunction? Who knows. The new layout of McDonalds diminishes employee-customer interaction.

Selfish with the internet Wi-Fi and then why isn't the door open at 6:00 like all the other ones and your food is getting high too you're going downhill McDonald's I can't believe all the McDonald's is selfish with their Wi-Fi quit being selfish with the wi-fi turn it up and if I wanted to give a star I would but I have to I don't like that either selfish and wrong doing

When did McDonald's get so expensive? We were traveling and stopped for breakfast. It was $30 dollars for 3 biscuits and large orange juice and a small coffee. The food was good and fresh and the people were friendly.

went through the drive thru. they gave me the wrong order and when i came back they were rude. my order sat there and they refused to remake the order so it would be fresh. as i was waiting they messed up on multiple people orders. by time i got my correct order it was cold. very disappointed
