had the worst experience at this Popeyes. I ordered a 12-piece, but the employee misheard and gave me a 6-piece. I hadn’t paid yet, so I asked her to correct the order—she refused. I then said I wanted to cancel the transaction and get a refund, but they still wouldn’t allow it and forced me to pay. The attitude was extremely rude. What’s more, there was clear racial discrimination—the employee muttered a racist slur against Chinese people, calling us 'slant eyes.' The experience here was horrible!

Terrible customer service took an hour to even start making my food that was for delivery I called the store asking what’s going on not being rude or anything and the lady hangs up in my face had to get my dasher to tell them to start making my food which should never be done in the first place.

Ordered a 2 piece dinner with a red bean and a mango lemonade, food was hot and fresh, and even though it was late, the workers, Laverne and Gauge had amazing costumer service and speed.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. No napkins,no utensils no ranch. Food was so bad we couldn't eat it. We couldn't wait to leave we threw 30 bucks worth of food out. This's the 2nd time here we've had bad food and service. We'll drive to Valdosta.

Sarah at the front cashier was extremely rude and impatient. I simply asked for a number one with ghost pepper’s which I’ve done at my own location but Sarah sharply said it is only available in the #2. When I mentioned it says it says it’s available on the menu she gave me a look and entered it in the system. Not sure why it was difficult before and I’m not sure if her managers are observing this behavior.

We've been going here for a while and sometimes the service isn't great and items are missing but majority of the time we get everything perfect. Today we made yet another extremely large order, as we are a big family lol but everything came out hot fresh and correct.

Popeyes chain should be ashamed of them selves as a business.
You have people who choose to work at your restaurant & serve your food & you have them charge these ridiculous prices for sides so small & chicken that has so much flour on it and hardly any chicken then on top of that walk out and spent 35$+ on a half ass meal. Greasy ,over priced and portion size on the sides is shameful.

Open on CHRISTmas night, and we're very pleasant. Clean, order was correct, food was great, but the employees made it worth the while.

Man! Let me tell you that Laverne who is the lead showed such great customer service and an appreciation for cleanliness like I’ve not seen in a Popeyes anywhere. She is the kinda person I would hire for sure and I had to let her know how she was an amazing at what she does. The whole team did great and they all were sweeping and wiping things down constantly. I love this as a customer bc it shows they care.

Just another Popeyes location with rude service. Customers gaggle in line and then Popeyes selects customers randomly to serve. And then ignore you when you say something. At least I saved $10 for a piece of chicken by leaving.

Theres a Team Lead woman there by the name of LAVERNE!! Very disrespectful and unprofessional! This woman shouldn’t be working in customer service or anywhere near the Popeyes franchise! I would say what happens here but I know nothing will come of it so I will instead be reporting her to corporate. All I can say on here is that this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at ANY Popeyes in the country, Thanks to that woman by the name LAVERNE! I’ll never forget that name.

This Popeyes just doesn't have a drive-thru and is inside of a truck stop. There is terrible traffic trying to get in to the store which you can't blame Popeyes for due to construction and bad choices on the truck stop itself. However, I don't believe this Popeyes is tied to the others in Valdosta, which means that it is better ran than the others. Each time I go there the service is on point. I tend to prefer ordering online and picking up which is faster because they are not very fast when it comes to ordering in line. Never had a problem with service and they seem to have a attitude less in line with Popeyes and more in line with Chick-fil-A. Really the only complaint I have for Popeyes is not the location but the chain in general which is they are getting over ly expensive for the product they deliver.
