Man! Let me tell you that Laverne who is the lead showed such great customer service and an appreciation for cleanliness like I’ve not seen in a Popeyes anywhere. She is the kinda person I would hire for sure and I had to let her know how she was an amazing at what she does. The whole team did great and they all were sweeping and wiping things down constantly. I love this as a customer bc it shows they care.

Just another Popeyes location with rude service. Customers gaggle in line and then Popeyes selects customers randomly to serve. And then ignore you when you say something. At least I saved $10 for a piece of chicken by leaving.

Theres a Team Lead woman there by the name of LAVERNE!! Very disrespectful and unprofessional! This woman shouldn’t be working in customer service or anywhere near the Popeyes franchise! I would say what happens here but I know nothing will come of it so I will instead be reporting her to corporate. All I can say on here is that this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at ANY Popeyes in the country, Thanks to that woman by the name LAVERNE! I’ll never forget that name.

This Popeyes just doesn't have a drive-thru and is inside of a truck stop. There is terrible traffic trying to get in to the store which you can't blame Popeyes for due to construction and bad choices on the truck stop itself. However, I don't believe this Popeyes is tied to the others in Valdosta, which means that it is better ran than the others. Each time I go there the service is on point. I tend to prefer ordering online and picking up which is faster because they are not very fast when it comes to ordering in line. Never had a problem with service and they seem to have a attitude less in line with Popeyes and more in line with Chick-fil-A. Really the only complaint I have for Popeyes is not the location but the chain in general which is they are getting over ly expensive for the product they deliver.

Service was absolutely terrible. The cashier was rude and disrespectful. She was more interested in assisting other customers and carrying on conversations with possible regulars than helping me. I'm not sure if it was racially motivated or not. But it definitely made me uncomfortable. She spoke over me, was rude and condescending when she addressed me, and made it a point to snap sharply at me. Her poor customer service skills are 100% the reason why the place was empty. Additionally, the food was stacked slap full and was old. The chicken tenders were dry and hard. The bone in chicken was also hard and dry. They do not allow customers to have a cup of water even if you buy multiple items. I do not drink soda and have never had an issue with complementary water when I'm a paying customer. I definitely do not recommend stopping here for any reason.

The tall black man who runs the front was such a good person and great worker!! He deserves a raise rn. Me and my work guys came in and he was just good to us. Was gonna ask his name but it was busy but he’s a great worker and was so nice to us.

They do not offer fountain water. If you ask for water, they charge you $3.20 for a small fountain drink.

Nasty people. The guy serving food and doing the registers with the same glows I have been there for 20 minutes. Lady was sweeping outside then came to register not even washing her hands and started working on the register and handed me my cup with lid and I really didn’t wanna use it. I hope management takes a look at reviews and improves upon it. Good service but dirty handling of foods

Very friendly service!! Direll, Caesar and their coworkers were friendly and accommodating when certain items were not available in the menu. I never leave review, but I was impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness, and welcoming nature this location.

$13 for 5 chicken tenders that were more accurately described as chicken jerky. Don't waste your time or money here.

This place is horrible. Food was horrible. I got a 3 piece tender meal. The biggest tender was solid breading all the way through and the other 2 were hard and smaller than normal. My husband also got a 3 piece tender meal and his tenders were inedible they were so hard. The Service was terrible. We asked for Buffalo sauce 3 times and never got it, the lady said she put it in there but she didn't and Instead of checking or adding one in the bag she argued that it was already in there. If I could give this place a 0 I would.
