Man! Let me tell you that Laverne who is the lead showed such great customer service and an appreciation for cleanliness like I’ve not seen in a Popeyes anywhere. She is the kinda person I would hire for sure and I had to let her know how she was an amazing at what she does. The whole team did great and they all were sweeping and wiping things down constantly. I love this as a customer bc it shows they care.
This Popeyes just doesn't have a drive-thru and is inside of a truck stop. There is terrible traffic trying to get in to the store which you can't blame Popeyes for due to construction and bad choices on the truck stop itself. However, I don't believe this Popeyes is tied to the others in Valdosta, which means that it is better ran than the others. Each time I go there the service is on point. The tall black man who runs the front was such a good person and great worker!! He deserves a raise rn. Me and my work guys came in and he was just good to us. Was gonna ask his name but it was busy but he’s a great worker and was so nice to us.
