I placed an online order and waited in the drive thru for 15min and it didn’t move… I go inside to find that there are 5-6ppl working, but only 1 doing anything. I waited another 10min and not one single person ever even acknowledged me. Decided my best bet would be to go back in the drive thru, which by the way, still hasn’t moved. Management seriously needs to get involved here.

I went by today at 12 pm to get a coffee and a croissant. I ordered the croissant first and the girl working the window immediately caught an attitude and let out the biggest sigh like it was a problem I ordered food? Then I go to tell her my drink order and she puts her hand up at me and rudely tells me to hold on. Then she comes back with my food and drinks, I tell her thank you TWICE and she doesn’t say a word and then slams the window shut in my face. I used to go almost everyday but I will NEVER be back. That was ridiculous. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ellianos it is from now on.

I go to this Red Owl at least 3 times a week. I am always satisfied with my drink until today. I was told that if I don’t get whipped cream in my drink I will get less drink. Cup is only 2/3 full. Seriously!!! Whipped cream has cost too so why not fill my cup?!??? Why am I charged the same if I don’t get whipped cream and less product?!! Very unhappy customer today.

Found the coffee drinks to be overly sweet. I came here twice during a road trip- first time the person making the drink put 50% coffee and 50% half and half when I asked for a splash of cream. I had to throw that one away. On the second visit I got a plain black cold brew which was drinkable. I don’t love Starbucks but I may pick it over here in the future..
They do serve a limited food menu that i wasn’t to try.

Stopped by when driving through off the interstate. Easy access, staff greeted very friendly. Ordered Caramel Dulce hot and it was delicious. Also got an Asiago bagel and it was also very good. Highly recommend and wish they had locations in Tampa FL area

The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and nice and the coffee is amazing especially since they accommodated my lactose intolerance
Dietary restrictions: They provided oat milk upon request for my lactose intolerance
Amazing Mocha. Everyone had that southern charm that made it a joy to step inside and feel welcomed. They were even open during a big tropical storm! Thats dedication.

We always try to find a locally owned place when we stop for food or coffee on our road trips. Well worth a stop if you need some caffeine on 75. Great iced chai latte and regular latte and nice staff.
