I really don't appreciate the attitude the people in red Owl have in lake park, I went there to get a coffee and a sandwich, the sandwich was cold, and other times I have been there and the girl told me I have to wait because she was too busy not even to take my order and somebody else help me. I think people there waste too much time talking, some people don't see their job as important as it should be.

I do not drink coffee often, stopped in at RO on my morning bicycle ride before church and ordered a coffee, I was asked if I wanted any creamer, I said yes, and stumbled between almond milk and milk, decided on milk. After a few minutes of letting it cool I continued to drink it. I thought it was horrible so I asked for more milk and they asked if I asked for milk, I said yes, I was told that I did not ask for milk or creamer I did not disagree, I just wanted some added. They could see there was none, I could not tell LOL, so I asked for some and they said they would need to charge me. I threw the coffee in the trash and went to Circle K and received great service without asking. Poor customer service from a local business that I would love to be super positive about!

The crew they have now cant make a frozen coffee for nothing. Every time I get one the past 2 weeks it's more like an iced coffee. They have crappy workers now/ add on... I gave them another shot and 4th time I got my frozen coffee and it was liquid like an iced
Absolute little gem by the Tesla charger. If there were more stars, I'd give the lovely staff extra 🥰

to the girl that was in drive thru today around 5:15PM and made me a Salted caramel iced coffee with oatmilk I love you. this was the best salted caramel iced coffee i’ve ever had.
Stopped through after seeing the signs, craving a delicious coffee… unfortunately my drink tasted a little sour. I put it down after getting an upset stomach. As I’m sitting here on my drive I noticed stuff floating in my drink. Clearly the milk was expired. So disappointed after spending $30 here.
