Absolute FAVORITE coffee spot! Wether going through the drive through or going inside. Everyone has always been very kind, respectful and knowledgeable ever since they opened. I refuse to drink coffee anywhere else around here because of the kindness and attentiveness they show!
I really don't appreciate the attitude the people in red Owl have in lake park, I went there to get a coffee and a sandwich, the sandwich was cold, and other times I have been there and the girl told me I have to wait because she was too busy not even to take my order and somebody else help me. I think people there waste too much time talking, some people don't see their job as important as it should be.
I do not drink coffee often, stopped in at RO on my morning bicycle ride before church and ordered a coffee, I was asked if I wanted any creamer, I said yes, and stumbled between almond milk and milk, decided on milk. After a few minutes of letting it cool I continued to drink it. I thought it was horrible so I asked for more milk and they asked if I asked for milk, I said yes, I was told that I did not ask for milk or creamer I did not disagree, I just wanted some added.
