Nastiest bathroom i have ever been in

Laura Fraker

My sandwich was very good and everyone was nice but the man making it definitely seemed lazy. He gave me the wrong bread and of course I didn't notice until it was too late but its fine. And the second half of the footlong was pretty pitiful looking. Not sure what the deal was or what happened but it tasted good lol just lacked in its second half lol

Walked in and wasn’t greeted. Guy just stood there writing something on tickets and didn’t acknowledge me or ask if I was ready to order. After standing there for about 3 mind or so, I look at him and say… excuse me, I’m ready to order. He then calls a girl from the back and says “someone is ready”. She came to the front and greeted me and asked what I would like. While making my sandwich, she asked him about the stickers and he looked at her and turned his head. Didn’t acknowledge her at all. Staff needs better training on customer service. This guy, who must be the manager, should be replaced. I will never come back to this location again.

Ive Never had a problem with this location until today. Employees need better training before being aloud to serve customers. He couldnt even slice the bread. I watched him pull large chunks of bread from the top , ball them up and smash them into the bottom piece to make it appear even. When it can time for my sandwich i saw him about to do the same thing to mine and told him to leave it. I thought that was the worst of it. I hate that you can no longer see them assembling your sandwich. When he moved the sandwich back into view, the meat was laid flat hanging over all of the sides of the bread. Not folded neatly how it has been on every subway sandwich ive gotten in over 15yrs. When i asked for mayo i swear he put half the bottle in the sandwich before i could even say something. I told him thats a ridiculous amount of mayo but he proceeded to fold and wrap the sandwich without acknowledging the problem. If i wasnt a nice person i would have walked out without paying. The kid behind the register(didnt catch his name but id:0321) was helpful and went back and reopened the sandwich and took off the absurd amount of mayo, but its still going to end up in the trash, i appreciate his effort at least. Cayden has no business making sandwiches. The facility itself is clean and well kept, but the experience i just has was terrible.

This is the absolute WORST subway I have ever been to. Sandwiches are always horrible, bread is stale etc.

Not to great a place, the employees have a bit of a sour attitude. And they seem hesitant to change dirty gloves.

Ordered online when my husband went to get the order he was given only the sandwiches. The extra items like our kids meal milk and applesauce and our foot long cookie were left off. When I called back I asked for them to deliver the items they left out of the bag and was told they didn't deliver even though they're website says they do.

Their workers are always friendly and they always get my order just right.

While buying subs for our friends in another city, special care was given to our order. We appreciated that on a busy day prior to a hurricane!
