Uncle Carlo's Italian Ristorante

Not authentic Italian. Bread and teramisu were good. Italian Flag, steak and Alfredo were bland and not tasty. Not to mention overpriced glasses of house wine .

Had a great time enjoying the music on the patio Tuesday evening and as always the food was excellent. So glad we have such a nice restaurant in our community.

The food was not great, no taste to any of our dishes except the soup. Everything had more oil in it than taste. The Gelato was really good though. The AC was not working when we were there and it was extremely hot. Dinner was extremely expensive. One of the employees was playing with a tazer in the back and pretending to taze one of their coworkers, so very unprofessional.

Id recommended the gelato for sure, but we probably wouldn't gp back

On a plus side our waitress was very sweet.

Just stopping through and had a great time with the kids. It felt like a cozy night out and the pizza was top tier.

Food tasted good but unfortunately there was a hair in our fries they stated they don't know how that happend. And walked away from table to get our check.. no ajustment made for hair and no manager to the table to even speak to us..

The best ceaser salad you'll ever eat. Great pizza. Great service

Glad we found this gem in Valdosta! The ricotta on the lasagna pizza was the best I’ve ever had. It was creamy, fluffy and melted in our mouth. Great homemade pizza with quality toppings.

Food was excellent ! We will definitely be back

this was our second visit. I grew up in an Italian area so I am use to good Italian food. I've eaten in little italy and all over the USA. This is the best Italian food, all freshly made. spiced perfectly. The fettuccine Alfredo was so good. Calamari, mozzarella appetizers and the oil and balsamic with bread is excellent. I can't wait to go back and try something new.

Katie is the BEST server ever … friendly, courteous & efficient! Uncle Carlos offers an outstanding menu, and the food is scrumptious!!

We had a late lunch here on Saturday… I had the tortellini, my wife had a calzone. Both were good… the service was good… the portions were generous. If you like Italian comfort food, this is the place.
