It took a while to get my order, the girl had me pull ahead because they were making something fresh...
The only thing that was very disappointing was the fries were hard and had a taste like they had been over cooked and five hours old.

I was charged twice for one order and I was told since I made the order through the app that I would have to contact the app to get my $42 back! This is absolute bullshit. Not only that since it is Sunday the app people don’t work on weekends so I can’t get my money back until they are open .. excuse me 7 to 10 days after I report it on Monday. This is unacceptable. Completely!!! If I could give them a negative score I would!

When I went through drive-through to get my food, I asked for number one and she asked me what I wanted to drink. I explained to her that I wanted a chocolate frosty and she said pull around and told me my total. I asked her if she was giving me The single witch cheese. She said it automatically came with cheese. When I had my drink, they told me to pull up a little bit because the meat was not ready. When I finally got my sandwich, it was a triple Wendy’s sandwich instead of just a single and it was Other stuff that was on there that was just not easy to eat, and it did not taste right. Plus, the fries were hard and cold like they had been sitting there for hours. It was very gross. I’ve never had bad service from Wendy’s before and I was in traveling, but this was not good

Hadn’t had Wendy’s in a few years but decided to give it a try. The staff was so warm and accommodating! Jaden, especially, was sweet, friendly and very patient. We went during the early lunch hour on a Sunday. Bathrooms were clean and food was fresh. Overall we had a great experience.

It was nice to go to a Wendy's and get good service and hot food.
Food came out quickly, was hot, and correct!! Saucy nuggets were a lot better than expected and I think Wendy's has the best fries right now.
The girl we took our order was super pleasant. The store/bathroom were really clean as well.

They made me pull up to wait on fries. I got food, drove off, then reached in bag for a HOT fry. Nope!! Luke warm! Then took a sip of my drink which was Dr. Pepper! I ordered a COKE! Got home, got hamburger out to eat, and it was barely warm! Never going there aain!!

Have been there twice this month and both times they have stopped taking orders from those who are dinning in to catch up on online orders. Waited for 15 minutes both times and left after orders did not resume. The most recent visit the Cashier was physically upset and crying as she couldn’t handle all the orders. As she was handing out orders she said “hopefully we see you tomorrow” instead of the normal Wendy’s catch phrase. You could tell she felt bad for those who were waiting but simply couldn’t handle taking dine in orders and online orders. Sounds to me as if there needs to be new process!

Sitting in drive thru after placing our order, along with at least the next 2 cars behind us, car ahead of us did not have enough money on their cash app card. Everyone had to wait while others in that car were trying to send money to the cash app card. We witnessed this being the car next in line. By now 5 minutes had passed. They ran the card again, still not enough funds. Then they were trying to scrape together the cash. The manager should had them drive around and come inside. Instead, a car behind us drove off, then we did too. And they were still dealing with the same car and payment. I am sure our food had been done and would have been cold by the time we would have gotten it. Bad choice of the manager, lost at least 2 Customers who's orders were already placed.
