Got just what I wanted how I wanted it. Everyone was very nice.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I waited 15 mins for a Zax snack whenever I received my food it didnt have no sauce. I asked for my sauce they charged me 50cent. The FOH manger was so rude and should not be working at the zaxbys franchise.

I'm use to Zaxbys being a bit pricey, but it's because of the quality right? Not here. Came just for the fried mushrooms but I guess those were discontinued. Paid $18 and waited 35 minutes for a small soggy piece of fried chicken. Employees were rude - another customer asked about his food after waiting 20 minutes and the lady behind the counter snapped at him to just give them a minute. Asked if I could substitute my fries for anything else and was told no. Will never go to Zaxbys again. Waste of money.

Slowest Zaxbys I’ve ever been to, we waited 35 minutes for our food. They had a very manageable amount of customers and were moving so slow. Bathrooms were not clean at all.

It is like it’s is every one’s first day but I can tell it’s not because how much they all hate their job. Services slow food poor quality. Should really just fire everyone and start from scratch should’ve saved the money from the remodel to get quality employees. Little guy in window looked like he was either gonna kill me or his self whenever I asked for a cup carrier.

The worst zaxbys in the world. A bunch of kids laughing while your ordering through the drive thru, have to repeat the whole order 3 times, and completely disrespectful at the window with no attention to anything. Also printer is out of ink can't even get your points for an order.

After a long trip to Miami, my family and I stopped at this zaxby’s and let me say the food was hot and fresh and the establishment was clean

If you come to this one they are the most slow restaurant in there franchise I swear good is great but I hate coming here inside or drive threw they always do short orders first and let you wait for the box when they make more off the bigger orders!!!!
