Food was good but I waited 2 hours to get my food, both of my drinks were wrong they forgot my sauces and were doing tik tok dances and hiding while I was waiting for my food

Managed by children who don’t know how to do their job at all. Few options in Lake Park yet never want to go here. Line always long because they don’t manage it. Every person in here is complaining about it. Needs to retrain staff.

The only problem is they close early than they suppose to which has a lot customers mad. Somebody needs to contact region manger or some on that resturant cause they close earlier when they not suppose to.

Slow service ... 2nd time here. First and last....

Every time I order my food is cold and always missing my coleslaw. By the time I get home that's when I find out "no coleslaw". They don't even let you know if they have it or not. I always order chicken finger plate. I won't be going back. Too many times going home with no coleslaw.

These nuts ran out of flour to make chicken tenders, their main food item, less than an hour after opening for the day. Told us it would be an hour before they can make chicken tenders, their MAIN food item lol.. Bad management is all I can say. Totally unacceptable and ridiculous. Proper planning prevents poor performance.

Came here to get something to eat on our way back home and they took forever. They sucked. And they continued to hand orders out to people that kept walking inside but it took us about 15 mins of just waiting for our food.

The last 3 times I’ve gotten Zaxby’s the bun has been stale, the fries are gross and have no seasoning. The worst Zaxby’s I’ve eaten.

They locked the doors before the time on the door when I had a pick up order ready inside. Had to wait 15min in drive-thru for something that should have taken 2 minutes.

i’m so tired of everytime i ask for a large fry nothing changes don’t make me pay extra if im not getting extra and my tenders are cold

The employees in the drive-thru are HORRIBLE. Ordered a salad tonight and received no dressing. This is an ALL THE TIME THING, not just one!!

Currently have been here for almost an hour and still have not received all of our order. What we did receive is wrong. Extra seasoning on fries and nothing. Food is rubbery.

I have suspicion that some of my shrimp disappeared before I got to my table :) Delicious food, cool place. Excellent service.
