Just wanted to come on here and let the owners know that whoever worked the drive-through Today on September 11, that lady right there needs a raise. Was joyful through the speaker and even more joyful in person! You can’t get much better than that. Also, the food was hot and delicious as well.

Food was dirty or smashed, ordered coke and a sprite, got 2 cokes. That in itself isnt a big deal. But waited for about 40 minutes for it all. Didn't risk eating more than just a few fries which were old and stiff. Order # 395827

Placed a mobile order to be ready by 745p. Been in the drive thru since 736 p and still stuck here. Asked to pull forward it'll just be a couple minutes. STILL no food. Just a burger and dessert no modifications. Shouldn't take over a half hour. Why am I still waiting at 805p?!

First and foremost, when you answer your phones over there at that store.Don't say hey try starting with the store name it's pretty pathetic. Ordered food from there tonight and the hamburger that I got was so shok and wet and ketchup.It fell apart when you picked it up.It's absolutely disgusting. Lakely needs to get their crap together.

We've ordered breakfast from this location three times. The order was wrong each time and the food seemed like it was just thrown together. Staff had horrible attitudes. Will not be back again.

After waiting 10 minutes for all 2 employees to show up to the front counter we waited another 15 plus more minutes for 2 meals and 2 wraps. The food was crap needed ketchup because there was none out in the front of the restaurant and called and called for the 2 only to see them both out in the parking lot hanging out or smoking or whatever it was they were doing other than what needed to be done like serve customers and mop the sticky nasty ass floor! VERY DISAPPOINTED but not surprised in today's world
This store is generally bad, but today takes the cake. Only the manager and one other person working. Order was placed at 12:07 and wasn't ready until 12:24pm. Customers coming to drive-thru while I waited got their orders before me. This store redefines the term 'fast food.' The beverage area needed to be cleaned. The little trash bin was over flowing. With this being said, the food was very good. Kudos to the kid on the grill!

Wish they would have kept their peach and raspberry teas but they'll cut their condiments on their sandwich as asked by you. They keep flip-flop ping on whether they have a military discount...not good.
