Got a regular mcflurry and a medium fry. Cost just under $10. What a joke. They don't even mix the Mcflurries anymore, just send it piled on top. Staff was great, this Lakeland franchise is ridiculous, though.
Also i bought the 5 dollars meal deal and was charged for the drink that was supposed to be included, my food was cold and my burger had ketchup all over it on the outside, it was uneatable. They were very rude even the manager awful customer service, unfortunately, I definitely wasn't treat nice. No ice in the ice machine it was very hot in there just nasty, I want my money back this MCds should be shut down.It is NASTY SO ARE THE EMPLOYEES

Worst place i have ever been into. Bugs, stinch, filthy, horrible service ESPECIALLY drive through. Waited 23min for 2 chicken nugget kids meals before i was asked to pull up to park in the parking lot, i refused and politely stated that i had been sitting there for 23min according to the first window reciept, the (manager/ owner) is a horrible racist person with horrible ethic. They need suprise inspections from the health department. I wish they would just tear it down .

Worst McDonald's ever. Waited almost 2 minutes inside for 4 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks. Keep in mind there were also only 2 cars in drive thru. Heard racial slurs, seen employees standing around and on their phones. Not to mention the horrible customer service.

Made a mobile order and got there 20 minutes before they say they close and Jose the owner came out and rudely told me they closed. I will be contacting corporate or the BBB because this is BS!!

This I believe is one of better McDonald's that we have visited for lunch. The workers were knowledgeable and attentive to the customers needs. I will definitely be back if I'm working in the area again.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds ever! The ice cream machine is NEVER working, the AC was out for 2 weeks (might still be) the owners of this franchise do not care about the community at all or their employees. A tiny town with 1 other food option! You’d think they could do better!

As a Lakeland citizen this McDonalds is an absolute heap of trash. Food is always cold, if they even get your order correct. Nobody knows customer service or even how to make a simple BigMac. I live 13 or so miles out of town and it’s a waste to always have to drive back and it shouldn’t be on the customer to make sure the employees have done their job correctly. Management needs to be cleared, rehired and trained professionally to have the proper effect on the employees. With prices the way they are these days I surely expect some form of decency in my meal, surely not going to expect “fine dining” but again this eatery is well below standards of even a fast-food joint. I’d really give zero stars if at all possible. I feel for the employees who do try and are tossed aside by failing management and owners.

Took over 20 min to get 2 cold coffees and 2 McMuffins. Ppl that got their after us was taken care of first we were last. They need to b faster and w a line in drive thru as well as app orders they need more ppl to carry out

"The manager on duty sending orders from the kitchen has made it abundantly clear how inconvenient it is for customers to use the app to order items that are not in stock (such as soft drinks during breakfast hours). While openly complaining about customers isn't the approach I would take with my team, everyone has their own methods. The grill gods was holdin it down! My food was exactly what I came here for. Front end, just do better or go sweep the parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Ain't nobody friendly in this place and in okay with that as long as I get my order and I don't have to hunt people down that are hiding behind a box of stacked cups, even though we made eye contact several times.
