Paid online went to pick my order up. The young girl at the speaker didn't even respond. I was waiting for about 5 minutes. Get to the windows no one was there. Pulled up to the first window and waited for a while and got my food only to be extremely upset. Fries were clearly old, the chocolate chip frappe was not prepared right. My fry was missing and there was no sauces in the bag. The fruit punch she clearly didnt care because she gave me two smalls which most likely was the lady order behind me because she handed me her items first. 😠its never done right at this McDonald's during the night shift.

We have waited 50 minutes for our food in the drive through then was told to pull to number one sat there then I walked inside the had to ask me what we ordered they are a total mess corporate will be called that lady is rude

Ordered a sausage McMuffin and hash brown expecting the promotion listed on the menu for but one get one for $1.00, when relating to the staff that I did not receive the promotion listed on the menu, they said that I have to ask for it when ordering. I visually witnessed the staff member take the discount off and then put it back on while ringing me up. When informing the staff they were combative loud and rude. I suggest getting your food from somewhere else, or come here and get used to disappointment

Waited in line for a long time, ordered my son a 6 piece nugget, YALL 🤣 IT ONLY HAD SAUCE IN IT like what and my fries are cold??? 💀 Drove back to get what I ordered and the cashier LAUGHED at me 💔 smh. I see why this rating is so low. I'll be praying for y'all.
It’s insane with all these one star reviews of this location and nothing has changed . The children who work here were all in the lobby being loud like a previous person said , the shift Manager looked clueless and obviously had no respect from these children, the children were to busy handed our free food to friends and family members, after that they would sit back down in the lobby being loud and obnoxious. When I got my food my burger was burnt , the bread stale , and the fries cold and stale! The restaurant is disgusting, the soda machine had no carbonation on it , don’t come to this restaurant, children run this store, come here if you want the lord of the flies experience.

I never leave reviews. But this was insane. I travel alot for work and eat out almost everyday. I worked a long 12 hour day. First meal of day at 8:30p..As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be bad. Employees sitting around in the lobby playing on their phones being extremely loud. I literally didnt see one person behind the counter for the first 5 minutes I was there. My $5 biggie bag took like 13 minutes. Then when I finally got it. It was cold like it was in the fridge or something. The floors were really dirty, no straws. Easily worst McDonald's experience ever. Do not waste your time or money on this horrible place!!

We went through the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon to pick up a coffee and soda. It took over 10 minutes for us to order (the car in front of us waited at least 7 of those to order). When we ordered we expected to get what we ordered as we were not informed that we would not be able to. We paid (again a chance for someone to inform us there was an issue - but didn't) and went to the next window to pick up a coffee (hot coffee not iced) and soda to only be told the coffee was not working and had not been for a while. We were told we could get an iced coffee (which is not what we wanted) and had to accept that or deal with trying to get the money refunded to our card. DO BETTER! If you don't have an item available - tell the customers!

We showed up late so did drive-thru, close to 930pm. We had orders for 11 people, and this location knocked it out of the park. All our nuggets were fresh, burgers were still warm, and fries were streaming from the bag.

Don't ask for extra mustard, heck they put the freaking mustard on the outside of the bun. Like what crap. I spent 40$ to just trash it. Thanks Lakeland McDonald's yall suck
