This was a great experience! The food was so amazing and I had no problems with it. I was just a few cents short on the pay, and the lady working at the cashier said that she would help me with it and I got my order despite being a few cents short.

Long story short, I waited so long at the speaker that I cancelled my mobile order and went inside just to wait another 30 minutes. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt so that I would know my order number and they basically said oh well so I had to guess which order was mine. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the food was fresh and the lady who handed me my food was nice.

McDonald's management really needs to acknowledge how horrible they have become. This specific one is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I could literally go across the street to huddle house, sit down, eat a full meal, and be out of there before your food is done at this McDonald's. I'm talking 20 minutes to even order, then 15-25 minutes to get your food that ends up being the wrong order. It's insane to me how they're still open

Went this morning around 10am for a coffee run. Not sure who the lady was working the drive-through, but she was very kind and extremely patient with my confusing order. The young man working the second window was sweet as well! Made sure I had exactly what I needed. Great service! I’m never disappointed when I get anything from here!

Is this story is a damn joke. They get your order completely screwed up, My food came home cold. You can complain to the managers and they will appease you with things like I'll talk to them.Will get this fixed. Nothing ever happens. It's a joke store from the actual employees up to the management. This place should be closed down and let something else open.

Paid online went to pick my order up. The young girl at the speaker didn't even respond. I was waiting for about 5 minutes. Get to the windows no one was there. Pulled up to the first window and waited for a while and got my food only to be extremely upset. Fries were clearly old, the chocolate chip frappe was not prepared right. My fry was missing and there was no sauces in the bag. The fruit punch she clearly didnt care because she gave me two smalls which most likely was the lady order behind me because she handed me her items first. 😭 its never done right at this McDonald's during the night shift.
