By far the worst McDonald's on the planet. 29 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. And when I got my sandwich, it was made wrong. I mean you have 1 job. Figure it out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Unfortunately my son’s obsessed with McDonald’s so I’ve stopped here a couple of times. Every time I’ve came to this location I’ve had a bad experience. Today for lunch we were supposed to get a Mc Rib meal & double quarter pounder instead we received 2 cheeseburgers & a deluxe burger. If it’s not the wrong order you end up waiting 20/30 minutes. It’s clear after going through these reviews whoever runs the place doesn’t care. I won’t be back here, lesson learned🙄

This was a great experience! The food was so amazing and I had no problems with it. I was just a few cents short on the pay, and the lady working at the cashier said that she would help me with it and I got my order despite being a few cents short.

Long story short, I waited so long at the speaker that I cancelled my mobile order and went inside just to wait another 30 minutes. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt so that I would know my order number and they basically said oh well so I had to guess which order was mine. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the food was fresh and the lady who handed me my food was nice.
McDonald's management really needs to acknowledge how horrible they have become. This specific one is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I could literally go across the street to huddle house, sit down, eat a full meal, and be out of there before your food is done at this McDonald's. I'm talking 20 minutes to even order, then 15-25 minutes to get your food that ends up being the wrong order. It's insane to me how they're still open

Went this morning around 10am for a coffee run. Not sure who the lady was working the drive-through, but she was very kind and extremely patient with my confusing order. The young man working the second window was sweet as well! Made sure I had exactly what I needed. Great service! I’m never disappointed when I get anything from here!

Rude as hell, ignored us when we walked in, we were the only ones in the lobby. Food took forever to come out. I cannot emphasize how rude the staff was. I will never come back to this McDonalds

Is this story is a damn joke. They get your order completely screwed up, My food came home cold. You can complain to the managers and they will appease you with things like I'll talk to them.Will get this fixed. Nothing ever happens. It's a joke store from the actual employees up to the management. This place should be closed down and let something else open.
