I and my husband love visiting Carter's kitchen. Great hospitality. The food is consistent in flavor, and the servers are good down to earth people. Going to Carter's is like sitting down in my Grandparent's kitchen for breakfast. Good food and company.

Always good food and service, place is clean and usually fairly busy but service is always within a reasonable amount of time, portions are good size as well. They do have a drive through window as well as indoor seating so it's convenient and prices are good. I definitely recommend this place.

Just a small town meat and three buffet with sandwiches on the menu . The people here are awesome , friendly and inviting . The food is hot and fresh and very tasty.
I had a side of macaroni and cheese off the buffet and the portion size was huge and it was delicious .
I also had chili dogs and fries … the buns were toasted , the chili tasty , the fries hot .
My wife had a scoop of chicken salad on a bed of lettuce and tomato , and she said it was really good .
Not only was the food fantastic and the people friendly , but the price was very reasonable as well .

Great place. Locals gather here for a great breakfast or a great hot home-style lunch.

My daughter and I stopped here for breakfast for the first time ever. It was a warm environment where people were laughing and talking while eating their breakfast. She got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and I got the western omelette and cheese grits. I regrettably didn’t take a picture because they were huge. Biscuit was big. Omelette was huge. Very tasty as well. Homemade. Delicious. Will definitely be back.

Was visiting from NJ and got a flat stopped by on my way to Atlanta. It's a local place so when you walk in and not recognized you don't get the friendliest greeting or seevice.the food was good though really a small town feel .Parking was ok decor is really simple and kinda 70's 80's style.

I understand the food prices going up but 16.00 dollars for two biscuits and gravy and a side of sausage the biscuits barely had gravy on it it was cold for that price it should be hot and I do not understand why I cannot get a receipt if I pay cash will not go back
