Ordered a pizza with alot of toppings Online. It was delivered way fast. It was an old pizza, looks like they lifted the top layer of rubbery cheese and put little piles under it. Was horrible. This is the second time they have sent old pizza,I reported it the first time and this time. Never heard back. Waste of my money. I will never use them again, and I do not recommend you do.

Trinity is awesome, she was solo when I got there. But, she remained in control and took my order. She was so nice and the food was delicious. I hope you recognize her for being outstanding. Fellow employees came in started helping her out. I think y'all had a parade in the town. Such a Blessing I was there to witness a great community as well.

🍕NOVEMBER 2025: UPDATE 🍕 Fantastic Pizza. Went twice. Once ordered The Meats, then The Works and twice, The Garden Works. Each were customized to our unique food pallet. Got better each time!
We tried the NEW New York. It's too chewy for us.
We have shopped at Papa's John's for many years (25+). We will just go back to the crust that we love. Thank y'all!

Pizza was amazing, as always. This location makes a wonderful stuffed crust supreme! The cashier was friendly. I didn't eat it so atmosphere is n/a but I'm giving it 5 stars anyways!

I just want to tell the managers thanks a lot for firing my son for a stupid reason, he showed up on his scheduled days, worked his butt off, this is one angry mama, got messages from a good friend of our saying that the staff was sad when they found out my son wasn’t there, my son has a heart of gold, he such a good man, he has been through hell growing up, he moved in with us from a bad situation and was just starting to get back on his feet, taking care of his mental health with our support, there has to be a way to convince the managers to let him come back, he walks to work, uses my car when I’m not working, I’m disappointed in the managers and how you treated my son, will never order pizza from y’all again!!!!!!

Horrible. We regularly order here at least 2 times a week. They have progressively gotten worse. We order a mushroom pizza and always add extra. Pay for it and get nothing extra. bare minimum. So this last time during pick up the MANAGER ON DUTY. When asked about the extra mushrooms he proceeded to cut up raw mushrooms and put them on the pizza. Workers wearing no gloves using a shop vacuum and running his fingers thru his hair and making your pizzas. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! JUST NASTY. Never once from going to cleaning to making food did anyone wash their hand. This is poor professionalism, management, and franchise. This store makes a bad name for Papa John's.

Having eaten at Papa John's many, many times, I can say that the pizza is very satisfactory and the staff are usually very nice. I always believe that there is always room for improvement, thus my rating. Different pizza restaurants usually have a signature of sorts regarding different styles and flavors. For Papa John's, their signature style seems to work for them, and I accept that. There are others that I may like better, but they are not located in Lavonia. It is carry-out only. Papa John's is not a greasy cheesy pizza.
We order from this papa John’s close to once every 2 weeks! Almost always very pleased with our order and the one time we were not they made it right :). Sometimes we order carry out and the other times we have it delivered, the delivery drivers are awesome and always so polite. Thanks for giving lavonia a good spot for pizza!
