Placed an online order , come in due to a wait to grab the order . Witness another customer walk out with my order and came back in with all the food containers opened and said oh this you , I said yeah I believe that was my order . I assumed they would remake the order before attempting to hand me something that went out the door but ooooo no surprisingly she closed all the containers tied the bag and tried to hand it to me . I said absolutely not how dare you hand me an order that went out the door with another person . I received a so called remade order no apology nothing just was it made over . This place is unprofessional and needs better training on food handling safety. Being that this was the first place my family and I experienced after moving here we believe we found a spot to frequently enjoy some food but with doing things like this I’ll have to definitely come inside and watch and grab my order .

Called 15 minutes ahead thinking I would be in and out, waited for over 30 minutes, received my order and it was all wrong. It would have been okay if I was in and out but still taking long and getting the order wrong is annoying.I only come here when all the other American delis are closed nearby if you want great service and correct orders I recommend going to the one off Lawrenceville Suwanee rd/ sugarloaf pkwy

They made my son tip. Otherwise, he wouldn't get his food. I didn't know this until I picked him up, and we had left. They not only made him tip but hadn't even put his order in until after he had paid. I told him he should've never tipped and walked out.
Visited this location for the first time and I must say I understand why they have an 86 score. Upon entering this establishment, I witnessed different workers that handled food without gloves. The reason I’m referencing the gloves is because the cashier that handled the money coughed in her hands and proceeded to walk over to the cups to start stacking them. She never washed her hands. This seems to be the culture at this location as I witnessed other workers without gloves and handling food. Will not be back, rather go to the location in Grayson that scored a 100.

Don’t waste your time eating here. Go to I Love Wings around the corner. The wings here are not crispy, and are nothing like other American Deli’s. Only thing decent were the fries.
