American Deli

I just cannot express this enough, the amount of time I spent waiting for my food is straight ridiculous. I was there for 30-40 minutes… for a 2 piece fish! As I am waiting I see a plate is put to the side so I get up shortly after to address my frustration, she then pulls that plate from the side an says it’s my order I told her I’ve been looking at the plate for the pass 15 minutes, then I told them to cook it lightly and I saw a dark fish. I’m disappointed in this service of this establishment.

The wings are horrible. The wings were overcooked and they would not replace the order. It’s more gristle than meat on the wing. Also I had to cook my fries in my air fryer when I got home. Unacceptable especially if we been coming to this location for years.

I'm not sure why people come here for wings! They're small and terrible. The shrimp friend rice looks good, but that's about it. My drink tasted like carbonated water with a hint of Fanta, so I had to have a whole back and forth with the cashier about getting another drink. Go to touchdown wings over this American deli location.

They were out of the Gold Rush sauce for the wings so put a damper on my experience. Also the fries were very hard as though they were not fresh.

I came in yesterday and bought a 6 pc dry lemon pepper that had no lemon pepper on it and a 20 piece that was too salty and half of it was not done. The fries were half cooked. Tried calling when I left but I think they stopped answering phone because it was close to closing. I paid almost 40 for trash. Probably never coming back to this one

I ordered the house rice with no beef and a 5pc wing. I expected for the price that my entire container would have rice in it except for the section for my wings (all the others I go to do it that way). This one just put the rice in the biggest section. The rice was also really hard like it wasnt cooked long enough or cooked too long. I ordered boneless wings and they gave me traditional wings and I didn't have time to wait for them to be corrected. The wings were fried really hard leaving what little meat there was dry and hard to chew. The sweet chili sauce was good and I wish I could have been able to really enjoy it.
