My friend and I were the only customers on a Friday/ lunchtime.. the locals know better than come here

I fully understand why their parking lot was empty on a Friday night. Just overheard the very rude manager tell another employee that they preheat the boneless wings then reheat them. Then they come to the table hard as rocks… I was quite annoyed seeing as though I just paid for those “rocks”. Don’t waste your time or money.

Staff was rude. I waited 20 minutes past when my order was suppose to be ready till they brought it out to me. And the food was cold. 2 of the 5 bread sticks were hard as rocks. This location always disappoints

It wasn't great but we were hungry. When we walked in the bartender told us to sit anywhere as she yelled from behind the bar. It took a while tl get our food. When we finally did, it was mid. The French onion soup was nasty.

Danaisha was great service and extremely friendly. Not once did I feel rushed which is uncommon in restaurants now. Will come back and ask for her again!

A few nights ago, my friends and I (party of 3) stopped by this Applebee’s for dinner. After we ordered, the server only brought out two glasses of water and one appetizer, with no utensils at all. We ordered two entrée combos, and about 5 minutes later, the manager brought out only one plate, still with no utensils not even napkins!

Meanwhile, we watched servers constantly checking on customers at the bar while completely ignoring us, as if we weren’t even there. We sat for over 10 minutes, staring at food we couldn’t eat, without anyone coming by to check on us or help. It was absolutely infuriating.

When I finally flagged down a server to complain, she claimed the manager wasn't there only after I insisted on speaking to someone did the manager appear. I asked him, “Is this how you treat your customers? No utensils at all are we supposed to eat chicken with our bare hands?”

I ended up only paying for the appetizer and walking out. This was beyond disappointing, and I would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone. Terrible service, no professionalism, and completely disrespectful to paying customers.

The food was so good! Applebees has the best ribs. Harley was such a kind soul, our glasses were never empty. Ana the manager also checked on us and was very pleasant.
