My neighborhood “Cheers”! Danasha and Jay provide the best customer service, laughs and drinks. I only let them two make my drinks. One of cooks Whitney def throws down in the kitchen. The food is banging and the steak is perfect!! I’ve met quite a few people going on Fridays and it’s been great conversation and laughs.

I definitely would give this place a negative 5 stars if I could. My wife and I walked into this establishment around 8:40 on 03/08/2025, we walked out at 9:30pm without being served at all. No one said “I’ll be right with you” or anything. Instead the only waitress we saw in there looked at us several times and quickly went the other direction, almost seems like she was avoiding us. It just reminded me of why we stopped going there in the first place. Horrible customer service. We didn’t even get a chance to get our food to rate that. Maybe the staff stopped caring, it’s just a job for them, I get it but while you’re here please try to make this a more pleasant experience for customers, otherwise find another job that limits interaction with customers because you clearly don’t like doing that.

When my family and I arrived the place did not seem to be open because the lights were very dark. We were seated and basically told everything we could not have.
When people take their families out to eat they expect to be served and with good service. That is what is expected when we pay. We ended up leaving before they could offend anymore.

Applebees is one of my favorite restaurants however this location has horrible customer service. I plead with the owner to see why they have such horrible ratings

Came in about 1030 on a Friday night. I expected an eyeroll when our group of 10 walked in, but we were warmly greeted, seated, and we eated! 😀

Went there on Saturday march 1st at 2:40 pm. We were seated and placed our order at 2:45. We didn't get out food until 3:30. Food was cold and poor quality. I won't be returning to this location.

Sky is the BEST this is her second time being my waitress and we absolutely love her she's very patient and attentive she's just overall amazing! Her personality rocks!!!
